Hello to the person who is going to read this comment, I give you one star because I don't have the option of giving less because I don't really feel like giving one. Today I had a very bad experience in your store, I made an online purchase and I picked it up at the store because I had previously gone and they told me I could send it there and they would adjust the watch for me, it was a watch for my husband, we were celebrating our anniversary and we went together to look for it, when we arrived about 5 minutes a girl from the reception approached, my husband explained to her that it was an order to pick up and told us that we had to wait 10 minutes because there was no staff to serve us because it was only by appointment. A few minutes passed and she approached and tell us that a girl is going to come help us, that was approximately 15 minutes, then Miss Amanda arrives and asks us for the confirmation number to look for the watch. 20 minutes passed and she did not return until finally, almost 30 minutes later, she brought the watch. , my husband tells her to adjust it and she says yes, no problem but what happened, it was another 30 minutes to remove 2 links, my question is how is it possible that to pick up a package I spend more than 1 hour there and I wonder and my time Who values my time? I left work to directly look for my husband's anniversary gift. I am really very disappointed in how you place an order online and it takes you 1 hour or more to...
Read moreI had an incredibly disappointing experience at Mayors Merrick Park while trying to register my interest in a specific Rolex model. I was made to wait over two hours for what should have been a quick and straightforward process. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, particularly for an official retailer representing the Rolex brand. I finally received attention from a sales person after I faked an interest in the Rolex models that were on display for sale (aka: the ones they want to get rid of).
The service fell far short of the standards expected from an official Rolex retailer. A lack of organization and respect for customers’ time does not align with the professionalism one would expect when dealing with such an esteemed brand.
I strongly urge Mayors to improve their customer service. Until they do, I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for a luxury shopping experience.
TO BE CLEAR: I WAS NOT OFFERED REFRESHMENTS BY THE HOSTESS PER THEIR APOLOGY BELOW. In fact, I approached the hostess in order to write down my information and watch specifications on paper so that a sales rep could later enter it in their system. This...
Read moreSTAY AWAY! These people will waste your time and take your money. I tried to get my Rolex serviced through Mayor's with Barbara Leo before she was transferred to the Mayor's at Dadeland Mall. Barbara Leo had reassured me that the link connector on my Rolex would be able to be repaired for a very fair price which I would assume is less than $500 considering the piece is very small and doesn't affect the performance of the timepiece itself. Long story short, after waiting for 5 months, I now have to deal with a Evelyn Correa who sent me an estimate for $7,018.00 if I wanted the link connector fixed. Not only did I waste my time, but I also wasted my money having to pay to ship the watch to Rolex, just to get an estimate for $7,018.00. For that amount, I may as well buy a new one. Evelyn Correa and Barbara Leo did very little to make my situation better. It's their loss! I've already warned clients and friends to stay away from this location so they don't have to go through the poor level of customer service I had...
