Wings Plus — Restaurant in Coral Springs

The GOOD , THE BAD and the TRUTH. A painfully honest review. I've tried to address my concerns with the staff but they just work there. The interesting part of this review is that I give credit where it's due. Food is good 👍 service is good 👍 they have great lunch specials at excellent prices and a great following for their great menu items and wings. The item I order when I visit is the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Hoagie is usually soft and fresh, beef is high quality cut and just perfect in term and plenty of cheese. I usually don't get peppers, onions, or mushrooms. They don't refund me for those pricey ingredients. What they do though is bill me $26.00 for that. Yep, if you see attached photo, that sandwich is over $16.00 with taxes, and they charge extra for steak fries even though I don't take the overly greasy curly fries and then the soda. By the time you add tax, and tip, welcome to your $26.00+ dollar quick lunch. The food comes out hot, fresh, as it's cooked to order. The wait staff is nice, the owner Brian Walsh is a very very nice individual. The location is notorious for it's political visits and a place for GOP fans to congregate. If you are into conspiracy theories and the world is ending tomorrow stories, this is a cool hang out. I did notice that some back of the house staff members ARE IMMIGRANTS from HAITIA, they must be doing those jobs that others don't want. I applaud them for the diversity.

The Customer service is diquesting here. Bryan is the nastiest owner of anthing I have ever invested my money into in my life. This was the third order I recieved that was incorrect. I called in after the order was placed to confirm with Candace that they understood that My last order was incorrect. Candace non chalantly tells me she does not know about the order. I then let her know If my food was incorrect I would like a refund. I spend $15-20 each order not including the forced $3.00 delivery fee. When My food came of course it was incorrect. I called Wings Plus and asked for a supervisor. Bryan Rudly get’s on the phone and says “I CANT MAKE THEM ANY MORE CRISPY”. I was startled by his aggresive voice and unreasonable reaponse that I already knew I wanted my money Back. Instead of arguing” He would not let me speak anyways” I requested my money back. Bryan then tells me “ IM NOT SENDING ANYONE TO GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY”. I remained calm and Reminded him that I payed $3.00 for delivery. Bryan yelled at me like I was a child that he have food for free. I went to wings plus (my break was over 30 minutes at this point)requested my refund which was given and I could see Bryan in the back on his phone like life was great, while he had an unsatisfied customer returning his food. The wings here are amazing when they are done correct but the Owner Bryan feels he is untouchable because this is a franchise. I wont ever return here and I will spread the word of my experience. My Entire company will never order from here ever again and I will research how high I can go to canplain about this location. The location on University in Coral Springs is excellent!! Just picked up 25 wings and 1 order of fry’s from this place. 1st time here. Payed $40 for my order, asked a girl that works there for ranch and ketchup she says okay and gave me a bag as I walked out noticed the ranch was not in the bag. Asked for ranch again and the guy at the register says “here’s the thing ranch is not included in the 25 piece order only the small order you had to tell us ahead of time”(of course to charge you more). So the girl did not put the ranch in the bag on purpose and comon I paid $40 for the order and can’t include ranch? this business is cheap with there stuff and crazy expensive. At WingsStop for $30 you get two drinks two orders of fry’s 20 pieces of wings with up to 4 flavors plus two big a** cups of ranch dressing. The wings at WPlus were pretty much same as Wingstop the frys at this place were nasty non of my family like it they were tasteless no seasoning WStop fry’s are way better also the ranch dressing is better at Wingstop they want to charge for some nasty ranch dressing. WingsStop has a long wait time and some have terrible customer service but compared to this place on the quality and price WingsStop hands down is a way better place to get wings. Also I think as a business why would you promote your candidate running for governor? Now I like Desantis and I hope he wins but in a business I think is real stupid to promote your candidate you would lose potential business unless that’s what they want only ppl that are voting for Desantis to come eat there either way I think is dumb.
