I am new to Peruvian food, and I will definitely be back here. The atmosphere is excellent. This place has personality. I love the live plants, paintings and sculptures. The music definitely will make you want to shake your hips. The restaurant is a pleasantly cool temperature. They have outdoor seating under large umbrellas, and shady trees. I asked for the all day breakfast item, Desayuno Criollo. The red onions are pickled and packed with citrus. The bread is fresh, warm and dissolves on your tongue. The sliced sweet potatoes are delicious though I wish I had salt to add to them. Whatever it was in the middle of my plate… maybe Tamal? I’ve never had before. It tasted funky and I liked it. I was very surprised to find the chicken inside! the chicharrón is delicious and the reason I ordered the dish. It was different from what i was expecting but I loved it. The spicy sauce provided was on point. I will see you again bravo kitchen. Thank you for bringing the flavors of Peru to Coral Springs.
The service provided by Lucho was exceptional. He didn’t mind me practicing my Spanish! Thank you, Lucho!

Read moreThe place is new and nicely decorated. The Ceviche de corvina was super fresh, delicious and you can ask for the hot pepper on the side. The Risotto de aji amarillo with lomo was excellent. The meat was high quality, juicy chunks of real tenderloin, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The rice was also cooked to perfection, the exact amount of creamyness. A friend of ours ordered the Lomo Seco de Res which came with a mushroom risotto and fried onions on top. It looked amazing and he said it tasted really good. I read some reviews that said the portions were small? In our case we found that the plates looked small but actually contained a ton of food. None of us were able to finish more than half of our plate and we happily put the remains in three to-go bags. The service was outstanding. The server, Michael, knew everything about the dishes, from the ingredients to how they are cooked and their history. We had a great time and will come back soon to try other plates. The server recommended we try the Chaufa de Mariscos next time, but it will be hard to beat how good the other dishes were. Strongly...
Read moreBased on comments, I was expecting a real peruvian experience but was disappointed 😞 Went for my mom's birthday who loves peruvian food.
Ambiance: simple restaurant but well decorated, clean and nice deco. nothing fancy but looks very nice.
Service: Everyone was nice, but I'll complain about the way they served our food. We were a group of 6 people, and they took 15min from the moment they served the first person in the table to the moment they served the last one. It eas very uncomfortable having to start eating without all members of the family with their plate. They added 20% tip already for the table because we were 6 (understand this rule in many restaurants for parties over 8, but 6 is not a big party and service was not for a 20% tip)
Food: just okay, simple flavors and not a good quality or presentation. I just felt like I was eating in any other restaurant, not in real peruvian food. Give extra points for their pisco sour as it was very good.
Price: high for what it is! all plates come to an average of $26.
