Post-lunch adventures led us straight to Let's Chill Homemade Ice Cream in Coral Springs, a quaint discovery that was the perfect setting to continue celebrating my friend's birthday. With eight of us in tow, each eager for something sweet, I recalled this charming spot tucked away in the unassuming Promenade strip mall, a refreshing alternative to the usual Coldstone routine. Eager to support a local business, I managed to steer the whole group to give Let’s Chill a try.

Upon entering, we were warmly greeted by Bella and Carolyn, two delightful servers who were eager to share the story behind Let’s Chill. They prided themselves on crafting ice cream using only fresh ingredients, eschewing the preservatives and artificial colors typical of store-bought varieties. Admittedly, my attention drifted as I became engrossed in deciding which flavors would make up my ice cream flight—a serious deliberation given the tantalizing array of options.

After much sampling and deliberation, I settled on a dream team of flavors: Cookie Monster, Lemon Poppy Seed, Butter Pecan, and Caramel Crunch. Meanwhile, my friends picked their own eclectic mix, guided by the knowledgeable suggestions of Bella and Carolyn. Service was swift, leaving us with little to no waiting time, which meant I could snag us a cozy table and engage in a playful round of the hook and ring game while the rest of the crew gathered their frosty treats.

Once all were served and photo ops handled, we dove into our desserts, each bite more delightful than the last. The ice creams were not only a treat for the palate but a cool respite from the Florida heat, with each flavor bursting with authenticity and creamy goodness. Sharing among us, we sampled each other’s choices, making the experience all the more enjoyable.

Let’s Chill turned out to be more than just an ice cream shop; it was a perfect spot for any gathering—be it with family, friends, or a date. The combination of friendly service, delicious, high-quality ice cream, and a warm, inviting atmosphere made it a standout. It’s a place I’d recommend again and again for anyone looking to enjoy a laid-back,...

Not all ice cream or ice cream shops are equal - that’s been confirmed by Let’s Chill Homemade Ice Cream! The kind of ice cream and shop that you just know prioritizes love, passion, and care.

The first time (5 days ago) my significant other and I visited Let’s Chill, we were met by welcoming smiles from everyone. What joy it is to FEEL welcomed from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. Everyone is friendly and warm. It’s such a nice feeling to experience especially in our current world climate.

Now let’s talk ice cream:

Disclaimer - the following words I write DO NOT suffice for the actual, factual creativeness, goodness and love that is wrapped up in their ice cream.

No preservatives All natural ingredients Homemade Quality ingredients Loving people Veteran owned

There’s an assortment of ice cream flavors - even boozy options - to choose from and they are all AMAZING! What you thought was your favorite flavor will have to make room for all the other delicious flavors. Open your taste buds to the assortment of options - you will not be disappointed! I do not like strawberry ice cream - and each time I must have their strawberry short cake flavor. Oh, but wait - rum raisin is my favorite flavor, however, their Bailey’s option is top of the line (wow!) Cookie Monster Ice Cream is amazing! The Honey Lavender - YES!

I could go on and on. This is a total family run, family feel establishment and I am wishing them generational success! I will continue to support to ensure a place of business that not only provides high-quality, homemade with love ice cream, but also a special kind of customer service that just keeps me coming...

This is a phenomenal ice cream place that goes above and beyond in every way.

To start with, the service is incredibly good. I don't believe I saw any of the workers there stop smiling once. They were all friendly, courteous and efficient. Very nice!

And the place is colorful and evokes a feeling of joy to be in per se as well. Everything is clean and the store is designed in a way you can enjoy.

Now onto the ice cream, which I'm sure is what we're all here for. To preface this review, I went with my mother and I ordered a chocolate shake and she ordered their sampler platter with cotton candy, a type of fudge brownie flavor, Reese's flavor and vanilla praline. The chocolate shake that I had was possibly the greatest shake I've ever had so far. The flavor was very tasty, rich but not overpoweringly so. Great consistency; that combined with the large plastic straw, which allowed a high rate of drinking made it a pleasure all the way through. Funny enough, they asked if I wanted a cherry, so I said yes and got one, and even the cherry was quite good. As for the sampler my mother ordered, which I also tried, the flavor that stuck out to me was the cotton candy. It is the best cotton candy you could have. Too many times do I get cotton candy flavored ice cream and have trouble tasting the cotton candy in it, but not in this place.

In summation, just please do yourself a favor and if you're in the Coral Springs area or happen to live around here, try this place. You will not regret it. And this place is owned by a veteran couple, so by eating here, you're supporting good people who you can tell have...

Second time coming to this spot want it was great both times. Service is quick and the staff is friendly. I tried several different flavors but the Cookie Monster and the baileys have been my favorite. The shop is clean and the staff moves quickly to keep tables clean.

So as much as I want to keep the great reviews I seen online for Let's chill, it is very hard. Nice little ice cream shop, very busy but not to bad of a wait. We came to the ice cream shop after hearing they are ranked best in FL so obviously expectations were HIGH. we ordered the flight x2 which is 4 different flavors so you can try a variety of flavors so we Had total of 8. Starting with the rum raising- it tasted like absolutely nothing with a hint of alcohol, Raspberry chip - horrible flavor tasted like eating perfume. Carmel crunch - pretty mediocre. The strawberry cheesecake was very similar in flavor the the ice cream you get in other places. The highlights were the cookie monster- surprisingly flavored and interesting crunch. The Nutella was creamy and pretty good tasted like Ferrero roshe. The coffee had the right amount of bitterness. Overall the consistency of the ice cream was good, creamy but not to soft. Nothing was overly sweet which is good but by no means this is #1 in state of FL. The employees seems real nice and the girl that helped us was great but we won't do that trip again. I can easily name 5 other places that can be ranked above BUT if you live In the area it's not a bad place to get some ice cream. 3/5 stars just because our of 9 different flavors only 3 were actually good.
