10/10 customer service. Rick went on a journey that no random tech support agent or corporate money hungry geek squad rep would ever do. I had built a PC for my brother that was having issues with defective parts and missing bios updates and Rick dedicated late nights to making sure he isolated the issue. This review will turn into a book if I had to describe the steps he made sure to go through to make sure my computer was running to its best capabilities, he’s gone out of his way even buying a replacement part himself being that I wasn’t going to be able to run to Best Buy till I got out of work because he was eager to make sure this computer was running at its best as soon as possible. Highly recommending to all my friends. Do not go to some corporate owned tech spot like geek squad where they want to charge you 100$ for diagnostic then 100$ for this then a 100$ for things where they know isn’t the issue for the computer but they have a corporate list to check off. If you need your PC fixed, look no further Rick is the guy for the job. The new NVIDIA GPU driver update messed with my entire PC to the point my GPU produced artifacts and finally just gave up and started producing the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), which usually means the GPU has a bad driver or it completely dies and needs a replacement. In my desperation to try and fix my computer not wanting to admit there was something wrong with the GPU I messed with the Windows boot files, which led to another problem that made it impossible to load Safe Mode on Windows and fix my GPU. I thought it was the end for my graphics card until I called Priority 1 and Rick answered. He not only works until 12 a.m. and has been doing this for 40 years now, but was also able to explain the problem my PC had in detail, telling me to drop it off at 9 p.m. which I did. And he then resolved the issue within an hour while giving me more than a fair price for the repair and making my PC...

Let me start by saying this place is by far the best PC repair place you will find in Florida. I had a huge issue where my PC would not display to my monitor so I called up Priority One Rick answered instantly and let me know I could still come in and get it diagnosed (IT WAS 10:30PM LIKE THATS CRAZY). I went to the location and before you ask yes they are actually open til midnight. Amazing skills he diagnosed it quickly it was a power supply issue. He had parts available to replace and I payed and got it fixed amazing price too. He let me watch the entire process and taught me some tips about computer cleaning they even cleaned out my entire PC of all the dust. Rick and Charlie are highly skilled PC repair men and will definitely be recommending all my friends to visit when they have issues. If I could give them 10 stars I would.
