During my recent dining experience at Sicilian Oven in Coral Springs, Florida, I was thoroughly impressed not just with the delectable menu offerings but significantly by the exceptional customer service, notably provided by my bartender, Nash, and the manager, Francesco.
From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed. Nash greeted me with a warm and engaging smile, setting the tone for what turned out to be a delightful dining experience. Her attentiveness and knowledge of the menu were commendable. She was eager to share recommendations, demonstrating an evident passion for the culinary creations that Sicilian Oven prides itself on.
The small pepperoni pizza was a testament to the quality ingrained in Sicilian Oven's culinary ethos. The pizza boasted a perfectly crispy yet airy crust, a flavorful sauce that was both rich and tangy, and a generous topping of high-quality pepperoni that added just the right amount of spice and savor. Each bite was a blend of textures and tastes that danced harmoniously on the palate.
For dessert, the Zeppoli with cannoli filling as a dipping treat was nothing short of a revelation. The Zeppoli were light and fluffy, a delightful contrast to the rich, creamy cannoli filling. This innovative twist on a classic dessert showcased the kitchen's creativity and commitment to elevating traditional Italian delicacies. The combination of the warm, sugary Zeppoli and the cool, decadent cannoli filling was an extraordinary finale to an exceptional meal.
Throughout my dining experience, the manager Francesco was a visible presence, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. His interaction with guests, including myself, was genuine and heartfelt, adding a personal touch that made the dining experience feel more like a meal among friends. His leadership and attention to detail were evident in the seamless service and quality of the food.
In conclusion, Sicilian Oven in Coral Springs, Florida, is a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in authentic Italian cuisine accompanied by top-notch customer service. The dedication of Nash and Francesco to providing a memorable dining experience was unparalleled, making Sicilian Oven not just a restaurant but a culinary destination worth...
Read moreI am (or maybe was) a regular customer to this restaurant. Unfortunately, something changed in 2022 and attention to detail with the orders and customer satisfaction has been slipping by a bit but my last order from Friday, March 31 was my last straw. I ordered a LARGE Sicilian Salad and a small Boss pizza online at around 6:40 PM. The ticket said order would be ready by 7:14 PM. My wife went to pick it up, arriving at 6:55 pm - she preferred to be early to make sure she would the get the order out as soon as it was ready to bring the pizza as hot as possible. Our order came out at around 7:45 PM. My wife had already alerted the waiter that she was there for the order almost an hour earlier. The excuse given was "we are full so orders are delayed..." When she got the order and we opened it at home, the Sicilian salad was literally a joke: all lettuce - half of it was fouled, missing the shaved parmesan, I counted 3 walnuts, and almost no garbanzo beans. We have ordered this salad before many times (small and large) and the toppings added to this order didn't even account for half the amount found on a small salad. It showed the order had been done in a rush with no care for product quality or willingness to get out a decent product. I paid $17.00 for a mediocre salad. What about the small Boss pizza?? Lightly warm, more on the cold side with a pretty-burned crust. My wife didn't eat any of it and I "saved" half of it not to toss it away. We stopped going to the restaurant several months ago, deciding on take out orders instead because the service at the tables had declined considerably: little attention to order requests, waiter would take too long to take our order AND to bring our orders (many times warm instead of hot), lack of follow up from the waiter(s) to check if everything was served according to order or even to check if we wanted something additional from the menu. It's a shame they work with clients (at least some of...
Read moreBest Italian food in Florida. Everything is made and cut fresh daily from the bread, to the sauces and dressing, which shows in the quality of food. Great prices on lunch specials, happy hours, bar bites, etc.
Their take out is super efficient. All you have to do is call/ place an order online, and then once ready to pick up, you just pull up to a curbside spot in front of the restaurant. Here an employee will come and cash you out and have ur food brought to you, all without leaving ur vehicle.
The management is super helpful and welcoming. There’s always manager presence on the floor, and the GM, Ari is so welcoming. He makes rounds around the restaurant to ensure everyone is having the best experience possible.
Would definitely recommend for birthdays as they play a birthday song throughout the restaurant while presenting you with your dessert. Super fun.
There is a reoccurring issue, the “call ahead policy”. For parties less than 10 and a reservation cannot be made. Instead, if your party is 6 or more you have to call 1-2 hours before you plan on coming. This allows you to be placed on the waiting list if there is one. This doesn’t guarantee a table. This policy is confusing to patrons because it can be difficult to understand. This isn’t a massive issue; however, at other locations the call aheads get lost. I’ve called right when other locations open to place a call ahead 2 hours in advance only to arrive and not have a table. How could I not be first on the waitlist when I called right before opening especially when the policy is a 2 hour call ahead MAX??
Overall, this restaurant chain is created on great values and everything is seriously fresh and delicious. There is not a single item on the menu that isn’t good. Would of course recommend the Sicilian Salad, Corleone Pizza, and the...
