I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Techy in Parkland. My phone battery had stopped working, and I didn’t want to go through insurance because they would have sent me a refurbished phone, which meant I could have ended up dealing with someone else’s issues.

From the moment I walked in, AJ, the owner, was nothing short of amazing. He was quick, prompt, and had the battery I needed in stock. When there was a slight delay with the mail, AJ personally called me first thing in the morning to explain the situation and give me options. That kind of proactive communication is rare these days and it really stood out.

Wow it’s my first time going there and now I see why all of the 5 star reviews! Where do I begin! From the moment I entered nothing but smiles, kindness, making jokes and AJ and I making each other laugh. Straight to the point, NO BS no hidden fees etc. He even let me use his business phone to make the transfer of phones to the Carrier. I have been too many places before but all the same bunch of sour patches and rudeness and crappy work but at TECHY PARKLAND NONE OF THAT! You have me as a customer for life AJ but you better have that candy, cheeseburgers and a sexy discount ready before I get there next time!
