Super rude and unprofessional!
I ordered a product from their website on December 14th. The next day a representative called me and told me the item I ordered was on back order and would be delayed. After almost 2 months I still had heard nothing or received any type of communication. I reached out to the company a very rude representative informed me that their supplier could not supply the product and tried to pass the buck that it was the suppliers fault I had heard nothing. I told the representative that I wanted a refund and she said that a manager had to issue the refund and it would take 10 to 14 business days. I filed a complaint with PayPal and received an immediate refund. The product is still showing available on their website and they are still receiving orders for a product that they cannot deliver. This is a borderline fraudulent company taking compensation for products that they cannot deliver, and then when you complain they get belligerent with you! Absolutely do not do business with this company. We have a central vac system that we need to replace all of the accessories, powerhead hoses, and attachments which we were planning on purchasing from this company we will definitely not be doing that! Companies like this are reminder that you should always check reviews like trust pilot or google before doing business!
UPDATE!!! YES THAT'S A GOOD IDEA LET'S TRY TELLING THE TRUTH!!! When you called me back after my order and said it would be a couple weeks late, I agreed. I didn't get the belligerent attitude until I called nearly two months later and you blamed the fact that I had heard nothing on your distributor. You then told me only a manager could issue a refund. When I called the next day you got belligerent again, and said it would take 10 to 14 days to receive a refund. I immediately logged on to my PayPal account and filed a dispute which they immediately issued me a refund. You then(to support your lie) after reading my review contacted PayPal and issued a refund on the 5th which they credited to their books for the refund that they had already issued me on the 4th.    Read moreNO VACUUM UNIT - I placed an order for a complete builder install kit. The web site and placing the order was very easy. The price was pretty good. A few days later I received tracking numbers for three boxes and the boxes arrived on time. Upon inspection I did receive the pipe and fittings, garage hose kit, indoor hose kit and the extras I purchased. The only thing missing was the actual Vacuum Unit?
I contacted Think Vacuum's and they stated they had no idea why the Vacuum Unit had not shipped, but they would be putting another one in the mail and forwarding me a tracking number.
Now I want you to know that this occurred on a Friday, during a hurricane! When I called I spoke to a nice woman who took all my info down and then called me back within the time frame she stated she would.
On the call back I was apologized too and told that another Vacuum Unit would be placed in the mail and I would receive a tracking number. If the first one arrived I was asked to let them know and the would arrange a return.
Saturday Morning I got an email from Think Vacuums with my new Tracking Number as they stated. I got another follow up phone call from Customer Service that same day.
It is now Monday and just a few days after the issue. I got a very nice phone call from the owner of Think Vacuums. She wanted to check on my order. This woman was everything and more when I think of an owner who cares about her company and brand!
I hung up the phone and the UPS truck pulled into my driveway dropping off the Central Vacuum unit! I opened it up and it looked to be in great condition.
There are a lot of reason for someone to call customer service. I can honestly say I have never had a company be so attentive to my issues and work extra hard to resolve them. If every business worked this hard the world would be a better place.
I can honestly say I will recommend Think Vacuums to all my friends and I am a customer who will provide return business.

($419) A week later I received a call from them stating the parts I ordered were not available and haven’t been for a while. So they would have to refund my money. Today is June 24th and I have called them 5 times, 1 time a week checking on my refund. At first the excuses were that everyone was working from home and that they would have to relay the message. Then I was told that they didn’t know why the refund wasn’t done and the lady I spoke with said she would personally deliver it to the person who did the refunds but they were at lunch at the time and make sure that it got done. The next week I called I spoke with a gentleman who told me that he did not see where the order was canceled and therefore the refund was not issued. Which I explained that I didn’t cancel the order They did because they did not and could not get the parts that I ordered from their website. I was then told that he would walk it back to the same person who supposed to issue the refund and that the issue refunds only on Mondays.
