Its very peaceful everytime I go at night. It has a lit up gazebo and it's not always packed. Everything is within walking distance:the store, the bars, Burger King,Water St. Oyster Bar, several hotels, the Selena statue, T-Heads and Shoreline. At night is the best time to go bc it's well lit. You might see a few bums but they don't ever bother me. Plus CCOD is always patrolling. I'd recommend it.
