Located on Chaparral Street, on a historic site, is a collection of twelve beautifully restored Corpus Christi homes. Each of these architecturally different buildings is full of history providing visitors with a historic back-drop of the early community residents of Corpus Christi. Outside each house is a historic marker with details of the building and past owners. Visitors can enjoy a relaxed walk around the site viewing these unique houses. Read moreHad to give 3 stars because I'm disabled and i recently attended an event there. Very difficult to navigate the uneven and broken sidewalks/ event spaces. Houses are cool to look at, the old people sitting in the "VIP" chairs were mostly rude. Had to purchase tickets at one booth to buy a water or any drink at another booth, then go to a third booth for food. It's a lot of queuing. There was a nice variety of other booths to support local artists and sellers of all kinds which was nice to see. Overall nice for a weekend...
