Worst nail service of my life, but the gel manicure was next level bad. These photos are SIX days after. The mani gal was sooo rushed and was NOT happy to have me sit at her station (I was told to sit there by the gal that did my terrible pedicure) when she had a āregularā waiting. (P.s. we made our reservations 4 days prior). Look at that peeling and discoloration! And she didnt even come close to painting my whole nail. Ugh, so frustrating. And the pedi gal, unfriendly and grated my heels to absolute death, i had to say stop stop stopā¦and had to do heel repair since then to be able to walk on it. I had the cutest sandals to wear for the wedding i was going to and had to rig a heel pad to walkā¦Jesus. My son when too for his first mani pedi. His gal was super lovely to him, but he's has had such bad itching since on his arms that he cant sleepā¦no idea unless he caught fungus somewhere. Speaking of, the place is sooo dirtyā¦chairs, floor, nail carts⦠I got chills watching my gloved pedi gal dip her hand into the leg scrub after working on my feet. Now I have clean no-fungus feet but I knew for a fact that my aunt with raging foot fungus went in a few days before. Just fyi, there is MAJOR double dipping so dont let the gloves give you a false sense of cleanliness. Cost: A total splurge for three of us (mom too) to get mani pedis it was $200 plus a $50 tip. I want my $250 back and ill give you the poor quality nail job and possible fungus. The ONLY reason for two stars instead of oneā¦my sons gal was a total doll with him and my mani gal gave a nice hand...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am so grateful for America's Nail Spa! They saved my vacation after I had missed my nail appointment before heading out of town. From the packing and adventuring, my nails done elsewhere started cracking. I went into 3 nail salons in Sedona and called even more, but none would help me because I have hard gel on natural nails. I explained the situation to Scott, the manager at America's Nail Spa, who understood and was able to get me in that same day. I tentatively made the 20 minute drive to Cottonwood and arrived to such a warm and friendly greeting after being rushed out of all other nail salons earlier that day. Scott set me up with Sonny who was so kind and I could tell experienced with my apparently specialized hard gel nails. I was concerned that he might rush my service which included a spa pedicure since I told him that I was just in town on vacation. That was not at all the case. Sonny put so much attention to detail into both my gel manicure and pedicure. I could not stop thanking both Scott and Sonny for their excellent care and service. Their prices are so reasonable too....

I work as a permanent makeup artist and have clients making requests to make changes that they feel more comfortable with in almost every case. Itās their face and they have to live with it every day so itās my job to make sure theyāre happy even though it is stressful. Itās really shocking that was unable to make requests as minor as this without upsetting the girl and being told to work with someone else at the end of my service. However I could tell that everyone who spoke Vietnamese was very clear about what was happening by the dirty glare I got from one of the techs on the way out. I donāt think Iāll...
