Felt like I need to post my review asap because of how UNDERRATED this place is! I booked a massage appointment for me and my mom the day before. When we arrived, the lady, Sophia, greeted us nicely and gave us a couple’s room with 2 beds. We chose the 90-minute combination massage that includes 60 minutes full body massage and 30 minutes foot reflexology, highly recommended! The price was $90/person. The session was AMAZING! The therapists have skillful techniques that focuses more on Chinese acupressure. When she massaged my feet, I was able to relax and unwind and almost fell asleep because of how great it was! This is the best massage I’ve ever had! In terms of the ambience and atmosphere, don’t expect to have a luxury and high-end services like other expensive spa center with scented hot towel and heated bed. The spa is a small cozy place that does meet standards and is very clean. With the price they charge and the skills they have I think it is extremely reasonable. I had an amazing massage but unfortunately I didn’t get her name but she was amazing and I told her I don’t like deep massages and she was understanding and was gentle with my massage. I love the hot stone at the end it was the best thing and her techniques were very soothing. The only reason why I gave it a four star was because I’ve had this happen before in other spas but while getting my massage she would pick up the phone about four times which I find kinda rude. I think they should have someone at the desk to answer phone calls and book, not while we are suppose to be relaxing in silence getting a massage when out of no where we hear talking and booking appointments. I called to book an appointment today and I told the lady that I was on my way. There was a lot of traffic in my town and the lady called me three different times in less than 30 minutes to ask if I was still coming. I kept telling her each time that I was in traffic and that I was on my way. It was like she was so anxious for no reason because when I got there there was not one person in there getting a massage. I didn’t really enjoy my massage. I kept telling the The lady to massage my lower back and my hip on the right. She just kept using her knees to do so and it was very weak.
