I went in to purchase a gift off a bridal registry, and waited about 5 minutes while 2 women at the register both handled phone calls. I had no problem with waiting, although I did find it odd that neither acknowledged me the entire time. When I finally got the registry, I couldn't locate the item I was looking for. One sales associate walking by said "We don't have that, but we should have these items..." I started looking for a new item, which again, I could not find. I then asked a woman at the counter to help me find the item in the store, and she said "Oh no, it doesn't work like that here. Tell me what you want and I will see if we have it in stock." I have no clue why the first woman didn't tell me that, but I had wasted at least 10 minutes looking for things that apparently only exist in their stock room. I then waited another 5-7 minutes for a person in the stock room to check, but finally the sales associate got tired of waiting too and checked herself (in all fairness, she was very polite and tried to be helpful). I thought I was finally in the clear with this store, until I realized she never took the item off the registry, even though I had asked several times if she had done so. I actually called back the next day, and an associate apologized, said he would do it for me, and to "checked again in a little bit." It's been 24 hours and still isn't done. While I think most of the workers tried to be polite and helpful, I am super unimpressed with the mistakes and inefficient way...
   Read moreTHE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I was picking up an online order and was given extreme attitude by an older slender gentleman who works there. I was rudely advised that I “should order items via telephone or in store, ordering online is causing stores to close down, what you’re doing is affecting my job and that I’m the problem with world”. This employee was being extremely rude to both customers and another employee. The gentlemen went to collect my online order and came back with the wrong package advising I had given him the WRONG name and that I was wrong for telling him the incorrect name. When I advised him I in fact did give the right name and showed him the order number he denied the package ever being at the location. Another employee had to go upstairs and look after he began arguing with me that the package wasn’t there. Low and behold the package was upstairs and the employee rolled his eyes after it was found.    Read moreI will never buy anything from this store ever again. I went to buy a dining room table and chairs just after Christmas. I was told the availability of the table was within 1 month of purchase. The lady handling the order also ordered the wrong size table. It is now April, and I have had to correct the order 3 times due to the fact that the person who placed the order didn't know how to use their system and could tell that the table was back ordered. The table and chairs were supposed to be shipped all together, and I have had 3 separate deliveries after they lost a chair in the process. I still have not received my dining room table and have been charged twice for shipping and handling. When you call for customer assistance you have to talk to 5 different people to rectify the problems. Overall horrible experience, extreamly unprofessional, and unorganized. We were foolish enough to open the credit card, I can't regret this purchase enough. I don't recommend buying from this...
