I started here in February with their 6 week challenge. In those 6 weeks, they helped me get into a routine with going to the gym, and healthy habits outside the gym! I never thought I would “enjoy” going to gym, but thanks to them I actually love going! I’ve met so many of my goals and met so many good friends here! It’s like my second family! So thankful for this gym and for them pushing me everyday to meet my goals!!!! I’m sharing this review to warn other women about manipulative behavior I experienced at Uplifters. The owner uses his position of power to pursue multiple women, engaging in persistent communication that crosses professional and personal boundaries. He expects to be the one uplifted, often at the expense of others.

His behavior reflects a clear abuse of power for selfish desires, without regard for who he hurts in the process. This isn’t just about one person—it’s a pattern that others should be aware of before getting involved.

I joined Uplifters through a 6 week boot camp program. During the 6 weeks, I was offered nutritional advice and participated in instructor-led classes that feature strength training and some cardio. The classes start on time and are considerate of all fitness levels including beginners (modifications offered). The vibe is always positive and, well, uplifting. This 6 week program was the jump start I needed and has helped me develop better eating and exercise habits.
