Crystal Point Mall Shopping Center — Attraction in Crystal Lake

many items are out of stock. it's very difficult to find an employee to help me. if you check the website and it tells you that an item is in stock and can be purchased for pick up within 1 hour, and you drive up to the store, there's a very good chance you will find out the item isn't in stock. employees will walk right past you and not even ask you if you are being helped. sometimes you can see clusters of employees hanging out together talking about something while you are waiting and waiting and waiting for someone to help you. on a not very busy Wednesday evening it took me 20 minutes define somebody to talk to and to get help finding what I needed. this store looks like a store that's going out of business with all of the out-of-stock items and...

Honestly I hope best buy goes bankrupt. They are a useless store. The employees are pretty much there for show. If it's a technology related question they can help fine. (If they want to). If it's a question about the total tech or warranty or anything similar they don't have an answer. I had warranty with total tech on 6-7 devices from there. The card on file didn't get charged for whatever reason so the subscription was canceled. I figured I can pay it and have warranty on the devices again right? No all the devices have no warranty and won't have warranty and if I wanna pay again they still won't have warranty. Please use Amazon or something else...

I'm not sure why Google is asking for a review of a shopping mall and not the individual stores in this mall. It seems that many of the reviews that have been posted are of individual stores and should have been posted under the store names themselves not the mall. The only thing the mall is responsible for is common areas such as the parking lot and entryways into the mall area. The parking lot is adequate does not have a lot of potholes is easy to get into and out of if you're using traffic lights to do so. Various stores in this mall have different ratings.
