And one more add: Changing the negative about using the online RED CARD account, detailed below. There was a massive overhaul and now I receive an email alerting me to payment time and I can access the account from it! To add to this review: I cannot say enough good things about the store and staff and enough negatives about using the RED CARD account, which is convoluted and deceptive, with late charges of about $40 for one day late that are in the fine print at the bottom of some page and don't show on the statement. I took the survey that the store sends out after I got home. I said what I wrote below and also wrote that the BEST BY date on the buttermilk I brought was this same day and it would cost me more in gas to take it back the carton itself. I was shocked an hour later to get an email an hour later with an apology, a promise to have the department head check the dates more carefully and the names of the three managers who would give me a fresh bottle the next time I came in! This place is really "more than a pretty face" in their TV ads. I am blown away with the service. To add to this review: today I phoned 3 stores for WD-40 and got absurd answers. I phoned TARGET and could only connect with electronics. The guy checked the product, told me there were 20 on the shelf and I went and bought it. This ALONE would make me love the store. But all the other reasons are below. Adding another couple of trips to this experience, and unlike other stores, the staff here seems to be just as friendly, upbeat and ready to serve! Adding to a detailed pandemic report of an extraordinary staff that was both efficient, friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. It just gets better. Instant help at the self check out and an answer to my obsession with recycling - recycle bins. They would not make pick-up (and return when necessary) of product. Two years ago I wrote: A big, beautiful store with friendly service. Last I wrote that when I called the online customer service to ask if a pharmacy product was in, I was surprised to hear from a young lady on the phone that it was in; that they were holding it for me at the service counter and to ask for the online price. Wow.

This girl at customer service has very bad attitude towards guests. I had just arrived explained what I needed help with she answered back What! With an attitude. All I wanted to do was a return get my money on a gift card and then purchase the other item. Very rude ! Maybe needs to be spoken too about customer service. May 9th at around 11am

A huge Target, but be careful during back to school time as a lot of the student needs might be out of stock (tody it was twin sheets, mattress pads, chest of drawers and even 5 gl trash cans!). This is a little understandable. The have both human and self checkout, we did not have to wait even on a busy day.

I was in this particular Target around 3:30 p.m. today, 2/26/19. ONLY ONE line was open to service customers. We were told to use the self-checkout lines. The only time I use self service is when I have to pump my own gas. Never did I expect to have to do so at Target. I felt sorry for the cashier. I believe her name was Gomner, something like that. When I got on the line, there were about 10 customers ahead of me. AGAIN, I stress that no one came to her assistance. My wait was close to 20 minutes before I reached the register. TOTALLY unacceptable. Target may find itself going the way of Sears, if this type of service continues. As I look, I marked a 2. It should have been 0-1 rating. Tell me, why would I want to return to Target, this one in particular??? I do recall one employee, a man, walk by her saying he would get her some help. No one ever showed up. Gomner kept gesturing to the last person on line, to tell other customers here line was going to be closing after them. Others still got on line. Kudos to Gomner for not losing her cool. As you can see, I am extremely upset and I wasn't the only one. The woman behind me said that she does not like using self service. Feels she is putting someone out of a job. Maybe that is what Target is trying to do. Cut back on staff & their benefits!!!!! Helen L....

IT WAS CLOSING TIME AND I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS CLOSING TIME. I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU CAN HIRE RUDE PEOPLE AND PEOPLE WHO HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT IN ANY WAY PROFESSIONAL. ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WAS TALKING TRASH ABOUT MY FRIEND AND MYSELF. YOU DON'T DO THAT, MY FRIEND AND I HEARD HOW SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT US. I HAVE WORKED IN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE INDUSTRY FOR SO MANY YEARS AND EVEN I KNOW THAT THIS PERSON SHOULD BE FIRED. YOU CAN'T TALK THE WAY YOU DID ABOUT CUSTOMERS. YOU MUST HATE YOUR JOB TO BE DOING THAT, YOU NEED TO WORK AT THE 99CENTS STORE IN INGLEWOOD OR WORKING NEAR SKID-ROW AND NOT EVEN THERE, WOULD THEY TREAT US THE WAY YOU DID THAT NIGHT. I HAVE TO USE THE ELECTRIC CART WHEREVER I GO DUE TO MY HEEL AREA, SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT HOW I WALKED IN AND NOW I COULDN'T WALK. I PARKED MY CAR AT A HANDICAP SPOT BECAUSE I CAN'T WALK ON THAT FOOT. I HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION BECAUSE OF SPRAINING MY ANKLES TOO MANY TIMES. IT HURTS A LOT AND SHE WAS ACTING SO GHETTO, TRASHY, AND UNPROFESSIONAL. TALKING ABOUT MY FRIEND TOO BECAUSE WE WERE STILL IN THE STORE WHEN IT WAS CLOSING TIME. HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS? WE WERE SHOPPING FOR OUR NEEDS. SHE WASN'T IN THE RIGHT EITHER WAY, SHE COULD'VE USED A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO THE SITUATION. FOR EXAMPLE, "EXCUSE ME, THE STORE IS CLOSED NOW. PLEASE GO CHECK OUT."...
