Ross Dress for Less — Attraction in Cupertino

It was an amazing experience overall! I shop here regularly- you can get branded clothes for a cheap price- much like a thrift store, but all the clothes are unused. The bottoms section for womens' usually doesn't carry small sizes- I'm rarely able to find xs or s there. Don't expect to find too many good skirts, jeans, sweatpants, leggings or shorts there (at least for smaller sizes). Their tops, dresses, and sweatshirt collection is wonderfull, though. Their shoe collection is great as well- however, again not too many options in smaller/medium sizes (7, 7.5, 8.5 etc.). Their purse and bag collection is pretty good too. But considering that this is an eco-friendly store (since they have unwanted clothes that would have gone to waste otherwise)- it's pretty good- and I always end up with a...

Extreme unpleasant experience when trying to return a newly bought item at this store.

Be alert, the staff, particular the cashier Krystal and Jamaica, their job is not to help customer, rather giving hard time to make customer unable to return a newly bought item (never used item).

After receiving rude customer service, I wen to another Ross store located on Wl Camino in Sunnyvale, and was able to return the item with receipt. Based on my experience, this tells me that the staffs from Homestead Location are either racial bias or may violated consumer’s right.

This store is very organized and clean compared to many of the Ross stores I’ve visited in the Bay Area to Monterey! They have a great selection and the most friendly employees compared ro other stores I’ve visited. The employees are very professional and helpful to go the extra mile.

Great Customer Service from the person who greets you as you enter the store to all the staff members. I like their policy that at least one person has to greet you. Great prices when you are lucky to find what you need as a smart shopper. Dress for Less but find things for the home, too!...
