Fixit Felix: Phone+Tablet+Computer Repairs — Attraction in Cutler Bay

So I got my screen replaced there. Nothing else was wrong with phone when I took it to Felix just needed a new screen. Now I have multiple problems with my phone. My Apple Pay button the side button doesn’t work properly and in the middle of texting the cursor goes all over the place all over the screen and it jumps from window to window on its own. And he also needed my passcode to my phone which I found to be strange. I do not recommend you using him to fix your broken screen just spend the money and replace the phone. It’s not worth the headache and money wasted. Might I also add he replaced the screen twice now because his first time fixing it, it also had problems. I’m not going back a third time to have more problems come up. Huge mistake using him. Maybe he should slow down and hire some help and he wouldn’t be screwing up peoples thousand dollar phones. I went here about 6 months ago to get my iPhone 6S plus fixed. I came in knowing that I needed to get my battery replaced since that’s what the apple store told me. Apple runs their diagnostics through their computers these guys don’t. The only thing is that Apple wanted to change me over a hundred.

Anyway, the guy I got here at Dr Phone Fix told me it was the motherboard and that they didn’t have the tools to fix it. But, I’ve dealt with a broken motherboard on an iPhone before so I knew that wasn’t the case with this phone. I insisted on getting the battery fixed and problem solved!

Sooo basically what I’m saying is, these guys can do phone repairs and seem to do a good job replacing certain parts but, don’t trust them to diagnose. A problem as simple as, “the battery is dying too fast” and they’ll tell you it’s something too complicated and expensive.
