I want to take my time to share my amazing experience with Rana furniture and there wonderful employees, the manager and Zoila at Cutler bay location are wonderful very professional with an awesome customer service , Zoila approached me with a great attitude super positive vibes that motivated me to make my decision on buying the best furniture and confortable for my home , she algo told me about this amaizing 5yr warranty that really recommend !!! El peor servicio al cliente con esta compañía compre un sofá en esta tienda llegó a mi casa y a la semana ya empezó a hacer ruido como que pegaba en una lata contacto al servicio al cliente llego un supuesto técnico a revisarlo el ruido siguió contacte ala tienda nuevamente me dicen que el caso ya estaba resuelto y lo peor que pagué por un sofá tan caro $1500 y ahora no se quieren hacer responsable….. pésima atención de parte del gerente el vendedor y sobre todo el servicio al cliente que nunca me resolvieron este problema….. única vez que compro y pésima no recomiendo para nada esta compañía xq son unos estafadores…..llamo y llamo a la tienda y no me responden las llamadas primera vez que compro y última vez que entraré xq pagué x un sofá solo por tenerlo una semana donde está la garantía que te dan por año de problemas de factoría……volví a ir a la tienda en cuanto me pasó todo esto que llegó el técnico a resolver el problema ahora dicen que yo estuve satisfecho con el servicio que me dio el técnico cuando en ningún momento lo estuve porque se lo mencioné al técnico más bien me dijo contacte a su vendedor oh al gerente de la tienda contacte a ellos supuestamente alguien se iba contactar conmigo nadie lo hizo ahora se limpian las manos diciendo que yo estuve satisfecho con el servicio del técnico….la peor basura de sofá que eh comprado en mi vida y la peor experiencia con...
