Pinecrest Bakery - Bird Road West — Restaurant in Florida

I purchased 2 Churrasco Special sandwiches, which the board AND internet has priced at $13.99...well, they were rung up at $14.55 each! The server simply said that the register was the accurate and current price. Last I checked with our laws, when you offer one price, then charge a different one, this is FALSE ADVERTISING and illegal. Why have the board and internet not been updated with the higher price?? ALSO, the receipt states that there is a 4% incentive for cash paying customers, which they DID NOT give me, although I paid cash. my receipt shows that I paid cash, but there is NO DISCOUNT!! I let the "price" of the food issue slip, but was not leaving without the discount as promised on the receipt. This poor girl did not know what to say to me OR WHAT TO DO. She asked her coworker for help, but, she was of no help. After she stood at the register and I stared at her for almost 5 minutes (I guess she was waiting to see if I would just leave)...she finally went to the back of the shop and came out with my $1.25. It did not come from the register, but, apparently someone had her give it to...just so I would go away. I'm guessing the people in this town do not read their receipts to make sure they are correct, but, I don't accept being lied to and taken for money. I should have also made her honor the advertised price as well, as she would have had to do, since it is the advertising law and it must be honored! Maybe this is how it works in whatever country they are from, but they are in the USA now...and choosing to ignore the laws. It's OK if you want to do this all day long, which they do, since it appears no one had ever questioned the prices of the sandwich or the offered 4% discount for cash, but, this Jersey Girl doesn't appreciate being treated like an idiot. Congratulations to them, for getting away with it...just...

I went on Thursday May 3, 2018 to place an order for a cake. I even paid it in advance, it was for pick up on Sunday at 12. I showed up at 12:40 and they could not find the cake no where. The lady attending me was looking around another lady showed brings me s heart shape cake that said Happy Mother’s Day. Needless to say my pink receipt said paid white and pink and it was Happy Birthday snd the name. So the lady called a supervisor she tells me they made s mistake it snd made it yellow and white but it was outside ehere they sell all cakes with nothing written so told the lady. Please may I does know to the supervisor you spoke to, she called her and the supervisor tells me a totally different story that my cake was taken to smother store apparently they don’t make the cake there. So now at this point I do t trust neither one. I am use when you order something pay in advance when you go to pick it up it’s ready !!!like Publix. I will NEVER go there again needless to say total...

I go here all the time never had a bad experience. Til today. I normally always order the blt turker melt. Great sandwich. Today i decided to change it up for an italian sandwich. To my surprise i open the sandwich and find the ham full of green mold. I went back to the restaraunt for a refund. The woman tending me was denying it was mold. Ive been in the culinary industry for about 10 years. I have seen mold in many different colors, i know what mold looks like on ham. Green and white. The cook did not apologize and did not offer a refund. He asked if i wanted him to make a new sandwich. I obviously declined and then requested a full refund. Glad to say i have never served a customer in the many restaraunt ive worked at, anything that was rotten, moldy, or out of date. Not sure if im going back here again. This is the type of carelessness that can get...
