Chicken Kitchen — Restaurant in Florida

Dear Chicken Kitchen Team,

I’ve been a university business professor and a store manager for many years, and for the past five years, I’ve consistently visited the Chicken Kitchen location on Bird Road due to the outstanding team you’ve assembled. The staff here knows my order so well that they often prepare it before I even say a word. I’m familiar with everyone, from the store manager to the kitchen staff, including Juan, who has a biology degree from FIU, and Rey, who is continuing his education.

Given my positive experiences, I feel it’s important to share a recent encounter from two weeks ago. While Juan was preparing my dish, a new employee stepped in and took over. She began asking me what I wanted, which I understood given her newness. However, she soon started asking personal questions about where I’m from, which made me uncomfortable. I chose to ignore her questions and proceeded to the cashier to pay.

Since then, whenever I encounter this new employee, she either calls someone else or I end up waiting for another staff member. I’m concerned that such interactions could negatively impact the excellent reputation of Chicken Kitchen.

Never again will I eat at chicken kitchen, the amount of chicken they put is so little they measure from a small cup and for what u pay for It is nothing also the chicken and sauces flavor has gotten worse. I had to order and pay for extra chicken and and what they gave me was barely nothing. This place is a joke next time I’m ordering from a restaurant where I can get a whole chicken breast instead of a quarter of a breast. Also note I ordered the large plate and got a quarter of a breast and this was having to pay for extra chicken their excuse is corporate is being tight on us. Where the Service is the state of the art. There’s no words that I can use to describe the amazing Service of the staff members. Indira , Karla and Genesis they all go out of their way to make sure every customer that walks in to there location and they leave completely satisfy!! I highly recommend this place and I will continue being a loyal customer. Is very hard to find employees that they will go out of their way to satisfy every customer that walks in.
