AT&T Store — Local services in Kendall

My experience at the AT&T location on Thursday, July 29, 2021, at 11441 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33165 was incredible! Henry Montalvo, a truly Signature Associate, assisted me in upgrading my almost 5 yr old iPhone SE to a beautiful iPhone 11! He helped me choose an IPAD to replace a corrupted android tablet (not with me), and was able to locate emails I thought had been lost. His knowledge of data storage and Apple products is impressive and amazing! I’m an elderly widow, the emails held precious memories of my husband. Store representative, Anthony I believe, was extremely helpful, offering everything with extreme clarity. Was very welcoming and came to help us as soon as we entered the store. We walked into the store with the intention to upgrade a phone, and were immediately attended to as soon as we entered. The store rep. gave us all the information we asked for upfront, and extra information like the difference in price of phone models and storage options. The staff and leadership here is VERY LAZY and proud of it. I'm not sure if they are hiring anyone off of the street. The staff loves to disagree with the customer on what they can do even if another ATT store did/can provide the service, and they don't apologize when wrong. They also, and now this may be for ATT's finance structure, told us we can't pay my Dad's cell phone cash down, that he has to do it and under another form of payment online.
