I would like to take the time to edit my review in regards to the service of Toro Loco, I was contacted by Mara Espinosa, the general manager, she was very kind and apologetic and they were very concerned about my experience and overnighted me a gift card to invite me to redo my dining experience after they made sure the staff was aware of my complaint. I appreciate Mara's attention and the restaurant's etiquette and concern to even go out of their way to contact me. I will be visiting Toro Loco soon and will be letting you guys know how it goes, again, thank you Toro Loco and Ms. Espinosa for acknowledging my review. I commend you for excellent customer service. Look forward to my new experience with you guys and making Toro Loco my fav restaurant again. Thank you.
Wow, this used to be my favorite restaurant. Last night we ordered uber eats from here and it's sad to say but it was horrible. I spent $85 on raw filet mignon wrapped in bacon it was horrible. So upset I spent my one weekend out meal on this, my husband ordered the steak sandwich. I wish I would've ordered it too. And to add insult to injury I ordered the truffle fries and got regular fries. Unfortunately never going ever again. My plate was $35 and the whole meal was $85 I feel terrible I spent my hard earned money to have a special meal and got the worst most expensive meal ever. Read morewe made an order of 2 lbs Pickana 1 medium 1 medium rare, the medium rare came uncooked, called complaint, very politely they offered to replaced the entire order + 10% on any additional items. Yesterday 3/20/22 we call to place the replacement order, the meat was orderer medium, went we try to order the side orders were informed they were not included in the replacement, if we wanted we had to pay for them, we got our 2 lbs of Pickana the meat was orderer medium, at pickup I was shown the meat for my approval, but on a deceiving manner on the bottom and facing down hiding them there were 10 pieces that were end cuts of various meat slabs cooked to very well done almost to a burned stated, we were intentionally given the leftover of meat slabs that had been overcooked because our order was a complaint replacement. I arrived 30 mins. later and was told by the person that took my order that she told me 30mins. I then waited in the car. When reviewing my order at home sooo many things were missing. Our group ended up having to pick at what was given to us. The entire order was charged separately instead of in complete meals with their corresponding sides. Called back stating that many things were missing and the attitude received from the worker was unacceptable.
