This is the company you want to work on your floors. Period. I texted Frank, of Magic Masters Floor Care, over the weekend. Sent a few photos of the apartment and requested a deep cleaning service. We set up a time Monday morning. Within 24 hours of my initial call. He was so responsive. The estimate he quoted was the final price. He went above and beyond in every step and in every way. He confirmed via text Monday morning at 9:40 am. We walked and discussed the work on-site at 10 am. He completed the job well within the time frame. The final product: one word: outstanding. Frank does the small things right and big things right. He is my guy going forward, for any and all my floor care needs, without question, without hesitation, I recommend him 100%. Thank you, Frank.

Frank is the guy who we spoke to and dealt with. Very professional and knows what he is doing. We asked for a redo in few spots as they are worn very badly, he did it without any hesitation. He comes and just finished his work. No hassle dealing with him. His work is 5+ stars. Attaching few before after pictures from the hardwood floor wax stripping service that we took. Price is also competitive to the market range. Not cheap but good pricing than other vendors I came across. Overall, we are very happy to find him for this job.

The owner Frank was example of customer service old fashioned family business integrity - hardworking and polite .

The company I contacted On Friday and he cleaned 2sqft of rugs in under 4 hours . The job was AAA industrial grade on my residential. Wow I will never call Another company .

I really to refer Frank and his team to clean your carpets and/or upholstery. I didn’t use them for upholstery.

I cam imagine same work ethnic , commercial grade products and machinery .

I suggest when in need of carpets or floors don’t hesitate . Excellent work .I have the books for My marble floor cleaning and waxing . . So I’m already using the service again . Thanku Frank Stay Steaming Hot . #1 carpet...

Frank was very responsive at the beginning. He came to clean our home but after one day the rugs were smelly. The entire hone smells bad. I contacted Frank to let him know of the problem. It was difficult to get a hold of him by phone however he texted me back. Funny when we contacted him the first time via phone he picked up right away. Anyhow he was coming today at 1230 but now he told me he can't. He has not replied to my messages and I doubt he will fix our problem. I don't k ow who gave him 5 stars. I'm not pleased or satisfied with his work. Now I have to pay someone else to get rid off the smell. What a...
