PLEASE BEAWARE before using this company!!! I was given a call this morning from Jennifer to state my son was in NON COMPLIANCE and I asked for because I know I made his payment yesterday!! She stated, “ for not coming in after his release.” I was dumbfounded because prior to him bailing out I spoke to Jennifer several times about his bond and she never told me he had to come in after his release! I said it was not in my documents nor did you tell me.. She said, “ it’s common sense” now I know I’m not the smartest person in the world but what I do know is that I’ve never done it before so it’s not common sense!! So, after that convo she asks me, “ well did you make your payment” I said, “yea I did..” She said, “ well how did you make it” I said online like I did the initial payment! Then she states, “ that’s also unacceptable!” How is it unacceptable when for one.. I was NEVER told that I couldn’t make payments online (where it also has an online payment option to make payments) she said we don’t know you made a payment and we have to give a receipt.. Well you didn’t give me a damn receipt for the first payment and you all have access to his file and can see his payment was made and on time!! She said well his agent was suppose to tell me!! Well the only person I spoke to last week was Jennifer and she didn’t tell me shit!! She also stated they was giving him 24 hours to report, then it went from24 hours to 3:00 so I told her he went to MS. She said, “ oh he went out of town without notifying us?” first of all.. He has no court dates and second he only owes 200 who is gonna run from 200 dollars and plus my name attached to it and yall have our address…So I cont to say well I was not told all of this.. She said well I’m telling you now.. How you go from giving him 24 hours to report till 3 pm today.. Then she said well I’ll give him till 12 midnight. if he was suppose to report why tf you wait a whole week to call and say he is in Non compliance for not reporting as if he is trying to run or some?She was rude and this is NOT a JOKE!! So then I’m furious so I asked to speak to a supervisor to let her know of the lack of communication and she said it’s Jessica but she is not here and I’ll note the system for her to give you a call back!! I understand that yall were busy last week which Jennifer told me that several times after having to call several times about his bond.She was sweet and I accepted her apology but then to call me today and act as if we are being non compliant or it’s our fault because he didn’t report when it was as simple as we truly didn’t know because of the lack of communication with her staff or let me use Jennifer excuse we been busy today.. is unacceptable!! Call to see what happened first before trying to lock someone back up for non compliance on behalf of your staff!! ! It’s giving unprofessional and bad business and now I would not recommend...

Horribly rude staff and poorly run establishment. Only members of that grossly mismanaged business who are knowledgeable about their jobs are the young ladies both by the name of Jennifer at the Continental Ave location. All others are ghetto, hood rats with the combined IQ of a grape. Couldn't figure their way out of a paper bag. Encountered one of the beasts who was the parking police. Stating she "works there" as if that were some major accomplishment (but to trash, I guess it is).The lot is about the size of a home driveway so, much like the staff at the Riverfront location, it's useless. Run don't walk from this place. Perhaps if they did a better job of hiring professionals; you know the kind that can at least speak properly....

I 100% believe I was taken advantage of. To my face everyone was nice thought i was being taken care of. What i didn't know, because I've never been in this situation, was that since my husbands warrents were minor that the cities had 24 hours to come get him or just let him go (one city had already let him off and said they wouldn't pick him up BEFORE I even paid his bond!) And Matt being in this business obviously had to of known that. So instead of telling me hey this is how it works you could just wait, he took me for so much money! Plus i paid him before 11am and my husband was not released untill After 7pm! Not...
