i have a lot to say about my experience with this firm. my accident happened 8/21/2024 and the process didn’t finish until 3/3/2025. if you ask me, it should not have taken that long. the very beginning was fine. alyssa at intake was super helpful and answered all of my questions. zhanay the client success manager assigned to me was also great. i spoke with both of them for a while when i decided to work with the firm and they took the time to make sure i understood everything and answered all of my concerns. and then they assigned me to hamza khan as my case manager. right from the get i got the vibe that this guy didn’t have much interest in the case. my first conversation with him was maybe three minutes long at most and i could tell that he wanted to be off the phone as soon as possible. listen, i understand you have other cases to work on but that’s not the way to handle a first interaction with a new client. he got me scheduled for the first medical appointment, i said my vehicle was not drivable and had no way to get to it. the firm booked an uber for me, which is something they state they do for their clients in such a situation. then hamza scheduled me for my chiropractic appointment. at this point i still had no transportation, something i kept expressing to him. he said “someone will reach out” to coordinate a pickup time for the chiropractic appointment. the days passed and nobody called me. i tried messaging him, no reply. the day of the appointment came and i missed it because i was never picked up or contacted by anyone. hours later i get a call from hamza asking how the appointment went. i told him i didn’t go because nobody ever came for me. he said “oh yeah we only give you an uber for your initial appointment”. are you kidding me ?? you couldn’t have told me that when i spoke to you the week prior ?? i also continuously asked if there was any way to get a rental vehicle in the mean time so i could get to work and the appointments. i either got complete silence or a “i’ll get back to you”. needless to say, i never got another uber or a rental so i never was able to go to the chiropractor. and then weeks later he was still asking me if i was going to the appointments. getting him to update me on the whereabouts of the case was another battle. days, weeks went by of me asking “have you gotten in contact with the other party’s insurance” only for him tell me “i can give you a claim number where you can call and get info as well. you can call the number speak to someone and tell you claim number and they will get you transferred” (this was copied directly from the text he sent me). you’re joking, right? the whole reason i signed up to work with this firm was due to the other party’s insurance not taking ownership for the accident he caused. you are my case manager and i have to be the one to call them again? in december i got a message saying they were going to start (START!!!!) preparing the demand “once we have everything”. mind you, i sent hamza all of the documents he requested back in october. you’re telling me it took three months to even mention you’ll start when you “have everything”?? you should have had it already! i made two complaints to the firm about this guy and his constant lack of communication. i spoke with harlen and zarlish sajjad, both whom i appreciate for taking the time to listen to my concerns and complaints and doing whatever they could. after the second complaint, where i kindly requested a new case manager, i got a call from hamza again. suddenly things were moving along quickly, which is how they should have moved all along. at this point it was january 2025. again, my accident was august 2024. whatever, the demand letter went out, the settlement was reached. and then hamza, knowing that i was overall not pleased with how things were handled, messaged me asking to give them a 5-star review. i’ll give you a 3 and that’s being generous. if you have the opportunity to go to another...
Read moreSecond and FINAL UPDATE; This is written to tell not one story , but also the story of a great man who went above and beyond to rectify a terrible situation that possibly could have had a very different negative outcome. Mr. Bush called me personally to apologize for the ball being dropped somewhere along the line of communication and I must say he was a very humble, genuine and understanding person. Glad I had the pleasure of speaking with him. He explained my situation to me in the most simplest of terms highlighting where my case was and where it could possibly go. He did something to FIX the situation that I had never heard done before and my wife and I are very grateful for him. Thank you Bush & Bush! You guys know why!!! UPDATE; The law firm read this review and contacted me the very next day promising to rectify all the wrongs. Assigned my wife and I to a different case manager. A lady named Harlen and one named Karen assured us that we would be taken care of. I waited a week or so to see if there were any updates on my case. Harlen responded back a few days later saying that some other lady would be contacting me with updates. Never received a contact from the NEW lady, but 4 days after that, the original guy Khan sent a drop letter. Yea here’s y’all update. Unbelievable firm. I really don’t believe it’s a real law firm please do your due diligence when looking at this firm. Down below is the original review…… 8 months of constant run around with nothing being done to help us. The guy Khan they assigned to the case is very inadequate at doing ANY footwork. He made me put in ALL the footwork to find the person that hit me and after I did that he wanted ME TO FIND THEIR VIN NUMBER!!!! Are you kidding me right now. I was taken by ambulance to the hospital so I don’t know if it was male or female driving the truck that hit us, but it’s a woman’s name the vehicle is registered to. Khan asked me what if she wasn’t driving and it was someone else? I’m at a TOTAL loss for words here and I’m trying to type this as respectfully as I can while I am beyond pissed and still in so much pain. Oh and yeah the law office stopped treatment after ONE session and Khan or anyone at the office didn’t inform us of that, the place we were getting treatment from called and told us our treatment had been stopped. I sent emails with the suspects information on it and Khan said he didn’t see it until I actually had to SHOW him where to read it at. Which lets me know that they are NOT doing anything for my case. 8 months later my wife has been hospitalized for an injury that occurred during this accident. There is so much more I want to say, but I MUST end it here because this is beyond ANYTHING IVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!! Is this a real law firm? I was with another firm and Bush and Bush called with all these promises to do this and that and all I’ve found out is they have lied, lied and lied not giving 2 pennies about my wife and my health. I’m soooooo disappointed and now I’m STUCK with them because of ONE treatment that cost thousands of dollars. WHAT??!!!!!?????!!!!!!!!! Another thing when I referred to my email, Khan said he’s got thousands of emails! That in turn lets me know that you Khan and the WHOLE firm not doing their jobs. I wish I’d have read these reviews before I signed paperwork. Hard...
Read moreI really don’t know what to say at this point about Bush and Bush cause I didn’t contact them an ins. Called me about my accident on June 22,2024 and they contacted me to Bush and Bush lawyer Frim and it’s been a long process at this time and the property damage that was done on the vehicle Bush and Bush told me there were anything they could do on cause State Farm we’re going to send the property damage somewhere else due to the car was not in my name but my legal husband name. So I don’t understand why Bush and Bush could not help me with this issue. And I don’t get up dated until I send an email wondering what is going on my case so I’m beginning to think this a scam also and I have been in the hospital for 4 days for Bush and Bush to found out my health issues from accident and I’m still being told they are waiting on medical records and bills before they settle my case. It will be a year in June. So I would check around before I settle with Bush and Bush cause I never sit down and talk to a lawyer in person and I have never been told what’s been asked for on my case. I keep seeing reviews online about how clients are getting the care they need after the car accident and I’m sitting here in pain and I have not received any medical care since Aug. 2024 and my accident is coming up on a year June 22. And I was told my case were filed for a lawsuit back in April 2025 and now it’s June 2025. And my case is getting moved around to different staff members and I have sent messages and I have not received any response to my massage the last message was about someone for my paralegal so at this point I don’t know if my case is being handled. And I have never seen any paperwork about my case so I’m in the dark about my case or if...
