My full review of CoreSpace.
CoreSpace is not like any other data center I have seen taking quality into consideration and comfort for the customer as well. They have a fantastic Lounge that includes free drinks a TV and other amenities such as a coffee maker and snacks! The staff are friendly, My favorite staff member is Mark W and Chad. Mark W knows what he is doing and always said hello to me when entering the Data Center. Chad I believe should be promoted to manager taking into consideration his great experience in the field.
Calling support. I am actually quite shocked by the quality of support I have received! I have called them up many times and asked for a task to be done. Before I know it the task is done in 20 minutes or less. Most other data centers I have been with take hours to get a task done. So this surprises me majorly.
Network. The network of CoreSpace is good. It definitely has a quality to it considering I am a Game host who needs DDOS protection. The protection is provided by Corero one of the leading providers for DDOS protection. Their Network is also with NTT , L3 Aka CenturyLink this definitely provides European customers with less latency then it would being on Cogent like other data centers can be.

Read moreI have been with CoreSpace now for several years. They have the type of approach to business and customer service that is rarely found anymore. They know me by name and I know my account managers by name. I even know some of their family members! I trust them when they make promises and know they will follow through.
They are not the largest hosting company in the world, but that allows them to give extremely competitive pricing as well as customized solutions that faceless megacorporations just cannot offer. However, they are not a fly-by-night outfit either. They have a world-class datacenter and all features you would expect from a world-class hosting provider.
They are not perfect, noone is. But through any hiccups that may occasionally happen with any of my servers, they have been right on top of a solution. They always give me a post mortem whenever something goes awry and they always look out for me.
They answer the phone any time of day or night and I have the personal cell phone of my account manager.

My only recommendation is that you educate yourself beforehand on the industry standard p95 cloud billing model, and set up QOS on your cloud instances to protect yourself from overages. Truly superb experience, talking to really intelligent sales and support staff, real people on the phone. Tickets answered promptly. I've only had to use the help desk a couple times during setup. Everything works like a dream after several months. Fantastic performance and wicked-fast storage under the hood.
