Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Dallas

Hit or miss experiences at this location. Last night was a big miss.... 11:30pm, drive thru was slow due to their short staffing. I was behind a pickup hauling a trailer so I could not pull forward after I ordered. After a minute of waiting to pull up, the man that took my order got back on the speaker to tell me (with a bit of attitude) that there is space ahead of me and I need to pull up. I couldn't!!! Guessing he didn't notice the trailer in front of me. I get up to the window, the man mumbled behind his mask where I could barely even tell he was trying to say anything, as he wasn't even really looking at me. Gave me my order, I told him, "thanks and keep up the hard work". I drove off so I wouldn't hold up the line to check my order. I then realized he gave me the wrong drink (cherry coke instead of regular coke) and messed up my burger (asked for only ketchup and I got only mustard... and a LOT of mustard). My tiny tacos were ok, so at least they got 1 out of my 3 items correct. Still wondering if he did it on purpose because I didn't pull up like he told me to (I couldn't), or maybe they were innocent mistakes. First of all my wife and I have been loyal customers of Jack and Box for years, but as of today that stops. I'm going to spread the word that Jack and the Box hires managers that don't have respect for customers nor do they know how to resolve customer complaints. My wife and I stopped by Jack and the Box on the corner of 35 and Mockingbird. Spent 18. dollars and some change. My wife ordered the Ultimate bacon cheeseburger, it was light on bacon so my wife asked if she could get some more. I'll just say the answer was no. Then my wife said I want a refund. She decided to get a breakfast sandwich combo. So he says he'll do and even swap on the meals. Breakfast sandwich combo $6.39 ultimate bacon cheeseburger 8.79. and then he tries to convince us it's comes out to be even. Nasty attitude, I'm very connected to a few people and because of the way he spoke and tried to belittle us I'll personally be spreading the word around to both Church people and co-workers. I saw today a young gentleman come into this Jack in the box and went straight to a young lady who was sitting and enjoying her drink. I was sitting close enough to hear some of the conversation, it was so sweet and he was loving and caring towards her. He sat down across from her. You could tell they loved one another. This all took about 2 minutes when this guy who looked like a manager came up to the love birds and told the Gentleman that he had to leave because he had not ordered anything and no one is allowed in there dinning room without ordering. The couple tried to explain to the man that he had just gotten there but the guy was not reasonable. I might have understood the guys attitude if the Young Gentleman had been dirty and totally disruptive but he was clean and well groomed.
