Store manage Bo is unaccommodating about defective items being returned for store credit outside of 30 day return window. Denim stretches out about 2 sizes (verified by the store associates themselves at this location and the JCrew Factory at Grapevine Mills) - I anticipated some of a stretch, and bought a size down my usual, and the level the jeans stretched out in month and a half I wore them is ridiculous. Will not wear or use the other pairs, that will definitely also stretch as it's the same denim. The North Park JCrew Retail store alternatively was happy to accept the items for store credit outside of the 30 day return window, but apologized they could not help me as the Factory store has separate policies.
