I’ve been a customer of Redenta’s for about 2 years now. After trial and error of trying all the plant shops in the area, Redenta's is one of the two nurseries in the area I actually trust and of those two Redenta’s is my #1. As in I know I won’t bring pests home after buying a new plant from them. I do still quarantine any new plant I bring into my collection but I’ve bought quite a few plants from Rendenta’s within these 2 years and have never had an issue which is why I love them so much! They also usually are pretty reasonably priced. Now I do also only buy soil from Redentas, it can be a little pricey but not much more than any other small batch made soil. And again, I have never ever had any issues with fungus gnats in the soil or any issues at all. The only issues that I had were that their prices are too high (particularly for planters), that they had a very limited selection for all things and I felt like was being rushed into making a selection and then out of the shop...and I got there 3+ hours before closing. Customer service was weak. I mostly overlooked it because of how busy they all looked...but...still.
The limited supply thing for indoor plants and the associated accessories was what really bothered me. And I did manage to get a beautiful peace lily from there though. Outside of two snake plants, the lily was about the only indoor plant they had
Not a great experience. They should work on getting more supplies for indoors. Maybe I came on...

I had 2 kids with me ages 9 and 10 both drinking starbucks. I was asked by no fewer than 4 different staff members how old my kids were and if they had masks. We will not be back. The governor orders are children under 10 unless eating or drinking. It's 95 degrees outside and just wabted my kids to be able to stretch and enjoy their drinks while I shopped. I had no idea I'd be harassed. I do know...
