I wish I could give a negative 5 Stars... I have never been so humiliated in my life. The Assistant manager Jennifer was rude and unhelpful! My whole order was wrong and when I went through my whole order with her as well as showed her my online receipt to prove I wasn't lying she started acting as if I was getting on her last nerve. When I asked her can I get a refund or remake my order she stated that they where over whelmed with orders and it would take 45 minutes to an hour to remake my order. I asked her why not just put my remake in to were I didn't have to wait that long because if my order was right the first time we wouldn't have to wait another 45 minutes when I already waited 45 minutes to get my order the first time. Jennifer became very irritated with me and snatched my order out of my hand and said I will just have corporate refund your money back to your card in 7 business days. Jennifer walked off from me before I could respond to what she just told me. At this point I'm very upset because she was rude and walked off from me after snatching the food and drinks from me. I have to get out of my car and go into the chili's restaurant on 20 and wheatland road. At this point I don't trust her to even request my refund back from corporate since she and everyone else was so overwhelmed and jennifer was very rude towards me. I am a paying customer and I'm not paying with counterfeit money or a stolen card so why am I treated as if I was some type of peasant bothering her. When simply I just wanted my order to be right and fixed. I will never support chili's ever again and I will definitely not spend another dime of my hard earn money at that location ever again. I will make sure everyone I know learns about my experience and never support chili's again. It took another manager to listen to my concerns to fix the situation. The male manager was helpful and fixed my order over the right way. But to be honest it shouldn't have came to that if jennifer would have not been so rude and dismissive towards me and my concerns. I don't even trust that my food was tampered with after remaking it. I lost $36.58 because I threw the remade order away because I lost all trust and confidence in eating anything from chili's ever again. I'm not done with spreading my experience!!! When I went inside everything was a mess and long lines everywhere and to make matters worse they only had a few lanes open. I felt like I had went to Walmart I have not ever seen this at a Target. Also the cashiers must have been employed by Walmart previously because in the middle of here having a long line she told a customer to let the people behind her in line know that she was closed and then proceeded to turn her light off. Read moreDo not go to Care Now without doing a web check-in. Apparently, that's the only way you'll get seen in a decent time. I sat with my son for hours (I'm actually still sitting here as I type this) while people came in and were seen before us. As the last person went in the back, I asked the people at the front desk why everyone was being seen before us and they said, "they did web check-in, but they'll be calling you next."
