Harry and Trina were Very Special, Harry is the Store Manager and I Believe Trina Manages the Front ... I am in a wheelchair waiting for a Hip Replacement and was by Myself and I never use Self Check Out and was using 3 different cards and was having a rough time trying to bag and everything else... Well, Both of them were Bizzzzy and they Stopped what they were doing and came to Help and Stayed with me until All Transactions were complete because they knew my ride was waiting outside... It was a Great Experience!!! They Did Not Have to do that and By All Means they did NOT come to my Aid because I was in a Wheelchair because I watched them Help other Customers as well... You don't find Teams Like that Anymore!!! Oh, Btw there was an Tall African American Girl that was in Front Also that saw people when they come and Go she also works the front and no matter how Bizzzzy they were she would make Everyone Feel Good and Comfortable, she has a Smile from Texas to New York and a Personality that comes with it..... Read moreI have been to this location in the early morning, afternoons and evenings. I can never find a shopping cart. The parking lot is not clean. The stock is still sitting in the floor. Some aisle are in disarray. Meanwhile, I see whom I assume are the higher end of the totum pole, just standing and talking amongst themselves not lending a hand to the work staff when the store is busy. I see no pride in the store compared to the bigger chain competition. The staff is clearly overwhelmed but most give adequate service. I prefer to drive to the Maple location if I need anything from Kroger. Prices are still fair if you choose wisely during the weekly sales. I will pay a little more at the other chain for a cleaner store and I'll always find a shopping cart when needed.**Update 1-30-23 store was busy but still no available carts. Read moreKroger, so irritating! 2 or 3 items rang up over-priced, one more than a $ too much! The clerk did go find them; she verified the correct price & changed it. But required a manager to come check it out also & approve. Time! Several items had shelf sales tags for $1.00 reduced if customers buy a certain number of specified products. I walked back & forth collecting those that I wanted. Turned out they said the sale was only good if shopping with their app. Although they could have honored the price, the young, [Slovenly!] Manager I had never seen before refused to give me the price reduction. Rude and insolent. I had him remove the items from my bill, & I Felt Like just walking away! Oh, & when I started the Self-Check, the register sprouted out a $15.00 discount for pick-up or delivery services, Neither One of which does that...
