Serramonte Plaza — Attraction in Daly City

Visited Social Security office at this location Gellert office. No appointment you just enter and walk up to self help booth ticket dispenser and input your info on what your visit is for and then you wait and look for your number on the bulletin screen to be called .Then once your check in, then you will then wait again for your number to be called to specific window number1-9 depending on your related visit. In total time from check in at 3:25p left finsh my visit at428pm. The office was able to finish the remaining people who came after 3pm everyone left happy. Good job to all the customer service ckerks . Thank you to window #3 nice young lady who acknowledged and greeted me with such kindness and compassion, patiently read the areas where I needed to check and sign . Thank you to Clerk at Window # 1 she also had a nice welcoming and very attentive to her job as well. As for the security guard needs to be patient and be more mindful and courteous . As he sits in front of the desk . He should observe what needs to be said to other guest as noticing one particular guest just nonchalantly talking and standing and conversing with 2 other ladies sitting in their seats while this man still standing there and not being seated I don't mind noise talking but what if you don't hear your number being called. ?This office is always busy and still have plenty of seats...

We have been in San Francisco our whole lives ( 40 plus years).. Serramonte used to be fun. In fact, as a teen I worked at Macys. There were so many stores and a variety of ethnicities and people. It IS NO LONGER, a melting pot of people. Sereamonte is more like an indoor cheap flea market with limited stores.... The food is extremely disappointing... if you dont like thai, Philipino, chinese , boba teas.... no.need to waste your steps going to the food court. It is terribly underwhelming. My second visit but this time my party is with my wife. Unlike the first visit, the people I was here with then were the ones who knew what to order and were the ones mainly cooking at our table. This time around I was my own cook. Before engaging with the fryer I went ahead and picked out some ingredients provided on a buffet like bar. I head back and our choice of meats are waiting ready to be cooked...
