DONE LET LULULEMON STEAL FROM YOU!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
I have to say I am very disappointed with Lululemon. I have spent thousands of dollars in Lululemon stores from Washington DC, New York City to Danbury Ct. Lululemon is not a cheap store however i have been happy in the past with their clothes for not just me but also my wife. As a consumer you would expect honesty from a merchant. Yesterday i purchased over $500 dollars in clothes from the store in Danbury as a gift for my wife. I left and didn't look over my receipt of purchase. When i got home i noticed an item priced at $118 dollars. I looked at the description and saw it was a part of tights that were priced at $98. I immediately called the store and explained to them that they over changed me. The person on the phone said "oh that always happens, just come in with your receipt and we will do a return and purchase to correct it". I felt ripped off! I can't believe that they said that this happens often. I have shopped with them in the past and did not look at my receipt. So I wonder how many times the ripped me off in the past. This is an illegal activity that the better business bureaus should look into. That mistake would have cost me 20% more than the price on the item. I wonder how many other people are getting ripped off? The Attorney General should go after these vendors who quietly steal from the unsuspecting consumers. This is just...
Read moreJust fyi if you plan on exchanging your leggings here because lulus product is defective don’t!! The girl who first helped me with my exchange was amazing very sweet and considerate of the situation when I get to the register the second girl who rang me out greeted we the coldest “can I help.” And when I say what I was doing she said “oh” and rolled her eyes and rudely asked one of her coworkers to find the leggings I was exchanging who themselves have terrible reviews from product defects. When she was finishing with me rudely said well you’re not taking care of them right, don’t wash them with everything cause that’s what happens when you do and they’re not for everyday wear but keep in mind I had told her I don’t dry them with anything I always air dry my leggings as I owned lulus since I was 12 years old but even my boyfriend was there and said then what’s the point of buying leggings that cost 118 dollars if they’re made for sport’s wear. That being said, she continued to be significantly entitled and rude about the situation and very aggressively bag my leggings and aggressively hand them over to me. Sorry for hurting your feelings for wanting to make sure what I paid for is a good product and not falling apart on me...
Read moreNo one picks up the phone at this location. I made a purchase 3/10 for a shirt, and sent it to be hemmed. I was told I’d get a text within a week for its return back to the store so I could go and pick up. 3/17 I tried calling twice, 3/18 tried calling twice..
3/22 I finally drove the 45 minutes to Danbury to see for myself (livid) if my shirt had returned. It had been sitting there since 3/13. My PAID FOR merchandise sat in a bag, with my name and number on the bag for 10 DAYS and no one picked up the phone to bother giving me THE courtesy call that it was ready for pick up.
When I asked the person at the counter how long my bag had sat, she said since 3/13, and that “sometimes we forget to send out the text that it’s ready” … honestly inexcusable, every day for 10 days in a row my merch bag sat there and not a single employee checked or double checked to send out a...
