Stirling Tires Inc. — Attraction in Dania Beach

I won't be coming back. They got me in quickly (first thing in the morning), but I felt like I was bothering someone. The manager (owner?) didn't seem interested in dealing with me and gave me a few good eye rolls. I needed a flat repaired and a rotation. I asked about crisscrossing the tires rather than changing them front to back, and I got another scoff and the indication that they don't usually do that. Later in the day, I went to see if the flat was repaired, and I noticed that the tire pressures hadn't been adjusted. The rear, higher pressure tires were now up front. The lower pressure tires were now in the back. Mine differ by about 10 PSI. Additionally, prices weren't listed and seemed to end up being whatever the manager felt like at that moment. A lady walked in to pay behind me and had the same issue when another office employee wasn't sure what the manager...

I visited Feb 28 because one of my tires was leaking. They showed me the leak, told me they would seal it and I should be fine. After filling my tire to 32psi, it was down to 19.5 a week later. I called them back and took my car in for another look. They found it was still leaking from the same place. The service rep determined that it was not sealed correctly the first time. He told me he sealed it correctly this time and showed me that there was no longer any leak. They took me in immediately and got me out in less than 30 minutes. Despite this not being fixed correctly on the first visit, I still feel there's no reason not to give this place another shot next time I need service. Do not go to this place. Especially if you are a woman. They claim to do work and charge you for it, then clearly the problem continues and they take zero accountability. I purchased two new tires and an alignment in January 2022, then I went back in April 2022 and told him the alignment was off, but I also did my brakes with them at the time. I have been trying to call him for months and was never able to bring my car in to get checked out for sometime. Finally, I was able to come and he claims he cannot help me because there is no warranty on alignments, and that I more than likely hit a curb and caused the issue myself.
