This Aaron's has stained up, ripped, holey furniture in this store. And if that's not bad enough, the following was the last straw for us. Why? -- We called Aarons ahead to make sure they had in stock the furniture we needed for an entire apartment (which we had just rented) letting them know when we would be coming in and the person (assuming Manager?) was fairly pleasant on the phone and helped us with all questions. On top of that, we filled out the rental request form online and submitted it to the store. Everything was ready (or so we thought). We walked in this store a week later thinking that this would go by smoothly because they already had All information and had told us that they had in stock what we needed. Not the case at all....
They had no paperwork from our phone call, nothing reserved, and the "lady who handles the paperwork" was doing absolutely nothing to help and when the other lady (actually trying to help us) asked her to come answer questions, she was very rude and made sure everyone around her knew how inconvenienced she was that she actually had to stop and help a customer. Throughout the next 5 minutes we were there, my husband finally had enough and let them know that Aaron's has lost our business for good because of this location. (Yes, it was THAT bad)... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
The next store we tried was Rent A Center. It was like a sigh of relief with warm greetings and actual new furniture to rent. They were helpful right off the bat and we now have a furnished apartment.

Just got off the phone with the store manager who is a complete idiot. They decided to call all of our references instead of calling us for being a couple days late. So I tell him to set up a time to come get there stuff and he wants to continue to say I offered to help you keep this account.
WELL NO YOU DIDN'T!! I ONLY SPOKE WITH YOU ONCE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO ELSE YOU CONTACTED AND TOLD OUR BUSINESS TO SINCE YOU SAY YOU OFFERED TO HELP BUT IT WASN'T EITHER OF US THAT YOU SPOKE WITH!!
There is no way in hell we will ever deal with Aaron's again. Another thing, why would we want to keep our account when you have talked to who the hell knows who about our account?!?! You told them our business and who knows how much information you gave to whoever it was you spoke with. I mean don't you ask questions to verify who you are speaking with before you start talking to someone about a private business matter?!?!?

   Read moreThis place is a joke, I got a MacBook from them, they took a down payment from me so I could walk out with the MacBook, they told me my payment would be $60 every 2 weeks, then told me my payment amount was $70, but when I go to pay the payment they told me that it was $80, that I had to pay them or return the MacBook, seriously need to get their payment system in line!! I also talked to DAVE who was rude, and not reasonable in any way, shape or form, I am extremely unhappy with this business and I definitely will NOT be coming back, I also will NOT recommend them to anyone...smh, RENT-A-CENTER is better then these guy!! RENT-A-CENTER definitely has way better customer service then Aaron’s as well.
