Thank you for outstanding service provided by Corinne Jefferson when the other banker failed to provide help. I stopped at the branch to open a promotional 525$ bonus savings account. Ms Terrell refused to open my new account despite presented 20K cashier check, stating that I need to bring full 25K of new money at this time. I stepped out, and returned back with additional 5K at 1240 pm. Ms Terrell refused to open an account again due to an "appointment at 0100 pm". According to her explanation it wasn't enough time for her to open a savings account. Thanks to God Ms Corinne was at the lounge, and she took me right away because someone was running late. She opened the savings account, which requred apperently only a 25$ deposite in new money and 30 days time frame to bring the rest of financing. I was having issues with depositing a check that was in another family members name as well as myself. The way around it was to get it notarized at their bank and have it mailed back to me.
