Subway — Restaurant in Daytona Beach

I love this subway. Except for the old man with glasses that’s slightly hunched over and he has some type of accent. He’s so rude. He’s rushing everything. I saw him being very rude to a fellow coworker of his. Every single time I go there I only have a problem with him while ordering. I always ask for extra onions and extra pickles. He gives me the smallest amount. And then I have to ask for a little more and he still gives me like three more onion slices and three more pickles. And I feel way too embarrassed to keep asking for more. When I go to other places I only have to ask once. When the other people that work there hear me ask for extra pickles and onions they give it to me. He barely puts anything on the sandwich and it’s so frustrating. And then usually people do two to three lines of sauce and gives one quick one and rushes you to say the next item. It’s not pleasant at all going there. When I see him I wanna leave just because I know he’s going to take my order and my my sandwich. I’ve never encountered a rude subway employee ever. Next time I see he’s on the sandwich line I’m leaving immediately. I’ve had this problem with him every single time. And it’s only with him. Please fire him...

I normally love Subway but this location has way too many issues! First time at this location as it was just convenient. The place was filthy and gross. (See photos of counter and register) The ingredients looked old and not fresh. The employee was nice BUT used the same pair of gloves to work the register and make the food! That is such a definite No No in my opinion! I asked for cucumbers so he gave me the 3 brown spotted slices that were left in the container. When I asked for more, he took my food to the back with him and came back and said they were out. I know I shouldn’t have been shy and should have spoken out loud to remind him to grab new gloves before making my food! But I didn’t. On top of everything else,you could actually feel that the bread was hard through the wrapper. This restaurant definitely needs to be inspected. Honestly the worst experience with customer service I have ever had. I walk in, girl with blonde hair blue strip pony tail walks out, just my husband and I and she says, “ugh of course.” My husband wanted to leave but honestly I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt maybe she had a rough day, so did I. I was wrong, she was rude the entire time. I am a server so it’s frustrating when I’m being nice just trying to say “oh been here all night” and all I get is huffing and puffing because I came in THIRTY MINUTES BEFORE CLOSE FOR A SUB. She needs an attitude check, and just so she will remember me I left her a twenty dollar tip and said, “you never know who you could end up meeting.” I used to swing by often but not after that.
