I went to this store last Saturday, August 31st, it was my and my husbandās anniversary and we were out of town visiting the local aquarium. I stopped by the mall and saw the Pandora and got excited, my wedding and engagement rings were dirty and itās my anniversary so I wanted to look at jewelry. When I got into the store the worker literally tried to not notice me. And there we 2 workers, one was with another customer and there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS! I ask the worker if I can have my rings cleaned. She proceeded to tell me that PANDORA STOPPED CLEANING the jewelry and offered me solution for $20 to do it myself. I was absolutely shocked. She claimed this has been going on at their local Pandora since APRIL!!! No wonder this Pandora was the DEADEST Pandora I have ever seen, at around 2 pm on a Saturday no less! Itās also Labor Day weekend! Iām well aware it is in fact Pandoras policy to clean the jewelry! I would have shopped for more as well, being it was my anniversary, but the only thing this girl even attempted to sell me was jewelry cleaner and was it quite clear I was not welcome immediately upon entering the store. It was obvious she either didnāt want to work or didnāt want to deal with me specifically (though we never previously interacted, this is the IMPRESSION I was given). Why even bother working or having a job if you are going to be this lazy and rude and just absolutely terrible at your job. This person was in such a rush to get me out of the store they never even found out from me and my husband that it was our anniversary. (That would require an actual dialogue or even feigned interest in talking to a customer). Needless to say, I may as well start buying jewelry through another company, because clearly Pandora is not valuing their customers, let alone their repeat customers. I left the store in utter disbelief due to what had just occurred and I was incredibly disappointed! I will NEVER RETURN to this location as their customer service skills and sales skills are literally NONEXISTENT! Also I reported this to the Corporate Office and I will follow back up with them. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf you can withstand all the run around, the denial on returns, returning an item and still waiting past 2 in a half weeks when you were supposed to have a credit after fighting with them and calling twice to be told they would speed the process up. Example yesterday my bf called them and advised we still have not seen our gift card for a return from Christmas (That they will not allow you to EXCHANGE just for the correct size!) safe to say we got them to honor mine after countless calls with multiple people! Still Iām waiting for my gift card we called yesterday and they stated within 24 HRS. We still sit past the 24 hr mark, with no sign of a gift card in the amount for the returned bracelet, remind you that I had to purchase from a second hand dealer! The longer Pandora Jewelry does not hold to the word, and gift us via email the gift card amount, when Iām out more money in the first place the reviews of these will continue. After having been in a few of the other jewelry stores & not feeling impressed with anything we saw, we came into Pandora & felt wowed by all their younger, more current, & much more personal choices in jewelry. We were so happy to have Keisha Q helping us & showing us all sorts of options & ideas with different types of jewelry. Pandora is lucky to have Keisha working there. She is not only personable & loving her job, she showed us so many things & helped us make the perfect selection.
