This is by far the worst BK I've ever gone. Staff is incredibly slow and they even managed to mess up every single order while I was waiting for mine. Got a 5 for $4 and a chicken salad (later I found there was no chicken in the salad.....) I didn't complain because the service was so poor, it wasn't even worth the wait (as I had to wait almost 20 min for mine, I was about to just leave). Only one girl was nice, the rest shouldn't be working there, as they had an attitude and were incredibly rude towards every customer. I don't normally write "reviews" on restaurants but this really deserved one. If the manager of this restaurant reads this (I certainly hope so). I have a few things to tell you: 1.- QUIT YOUR JOB, YOU ARE NOT GOOD AT IT. 2.- Find a COMPETENT manager to replace you, who can; 3.- Hire the RIGHT people, train them properly, and; 4.- Teaches them to LISTEN and UNDERSTAND simple instructions (To go, no mayo, onion rings instead of fries, etc.). Read moreI have already filed a formal complaint regarding an unacceptable experience my husband and I had at this location on the morning of May 2, 2025, around 8:30 AM. We stopped by to order food for our day and attempted to order a menu item that the drive-thru signage explicitly states is available all day. I am well aware of this policy, not only from your posted menu but also from a DoorDash order I placed less than a week ago, where the same item was available and delivered without issue. However, the employee at the window informed us that the item was not available. She checked with her manager, who doubled down on this incorrect information, despite the menu clearly stating otherwise. When we asked why the item was not being served as advertised, we were ignored. Worse, both the employee and the manager became noticeably rude and dismissive. The manager refused to provide her name when I asked, which I find completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Instead leaving the mic on so that we can hear they went to focus their attention somewhere else. While I did go at a rather busy time, there was a wait but they had worked out a system that was allowing for the to move the production along and keep the wait down for customers. I would definitely say considering the limit in employees and the surplus amount of customers including myself they have handled the whole process pretty well.
This may be a larger corporation and while it’s understandable this particular location has a backing of negative reviews I would say please give these hard workers some more employees. They did the best with what they had so I’m very thankful for there efforts but considering I worked in an industry that constantly overlooked the need for help so please help them.
If you took the time to read this review, I got rodeo burgers and a Dr Pepper. This location has been a relief throughout my pregnancy and I felt like Austin, Ivan and Zekevian deserved some recognition. While this is a Burger King, the employees work hard and do a lot.
