The hotel is in a great area right by a lot of local stores if you need anything. I don't care for dove but they did have it in every room. It says that they don't take things like Chime, cash app etc but I paid with chime no issues check in was easy I paid 100 deposit when you pay with a card and 200 with cash. The room was very spacious with a sofa bed as additional space beautiful view. I think they should have more entertainment area it's very small they need a media room with a pool table or something it's missing . I stayed 5/10/24 it was relaxing and quiet I only stayed one night and issue didn't occur until that morning I took my nieces down for breakfast I saw that the maleworker who prepared the food kept trying to force my niece to get the fresh pancakes he made from the machine she said no thank you he continued to ask her she said no again. I sat down she had went back up to grab something else he kept watching here from one door to the other went to the other side and did the same thing I got up and was about to say something to him but I said something to my niece as her is she ok she said yes. I left the kids down and brought my husband and daughter up some food to the room he decided not to go down. Kids came back up not a problem kids went for another swim before check out around 8am they got out at 930am went to grab something something else from the breakfast area I wasn't presenthis same male worker approach them asking them why are they back down there 🤬 which is not his place they are more then able to grab something else if breakfast. I paid almost 200 for this room which I wasn't even in for 24hrs asked for laundry bags the night before that I didn't get from the front desk associate his excuse was he got busy that's why he didn't bring them to my room the lobby was empty as hell it was 1030 at night he didn't want to bring them pure laziness. Morally of the story the. Breakfast cook was out of line my husband would have handle it had I let him in other ways so I left addressing it further more alone you don't try to pick on kids when the adult is not around he is very lucky os all I am going to say. Other than that everything was cool pool was nice kids said gym was nice I always use all amenities when I am in hotels the cinnamon rolls were good at breakfast no complaints dude better trend lightly. They also had a nice size fridge that came in handy and a lot crowa e . I never use there dirty coffee makers in the rooms I utilized the coffee in the lobby . Atmosphere 7 out of 10

I stayed at this location for three nights, and while I was able to make it work, I will not be staying here again. The hotel appears to be falling into disrepair. I believe the towels and sheets were clean, although they contained little stains, and it was obvious they had dusted regularly at some point in time, but they have not really deep cleaned the place in a while. I picked up some Lysol wipes from Meijer to quickly wipe down the door handles, desk, and bathroom sink, for my own comfort and then I did a quick scrub of the shower floor with the provided soap and a wash cloth. I did not see any bugs. I really tried not to nitpick but it seemed like every time I turned around I found a new thing that was broken or dirty. I took plenty of pictures, but some highlights are: the lopsided toilet seat, the peep hole that wouldn't close so I stuffed a tea packet in it, and the gap under the door where I could see light from the hallway. I normally don't use room service my entire stay at a hotel but due to the cleanliness of the place and when I arrived there were no tissues in the tissue holder (or in the room at all) and there was trash in the ice bucket, so I left the do not disturb sign off the door. I also left the lid to the ice bucket off hoping they'd see it. The first day, no room service came. The second day, they took my dirty towels, left more towels, made the bed with the same bedding, filled the tissues, and put the lid back on the ice bucket without taking out the trash. They did not empty trash cans, wipe anything down, and if they vacuumed I could not tell, in fact, I spotted what I believe was a new piece of wrapper on the floor. I took the lid off the bucket again, but the third day there was no room service, so maybe they do an every other day thing. They offer free breakfast, I did not partake. Lastly, I paid more than I typically pay for a hotel, due to location and the date, so I would also add this place is over priced, which makes all of these things more egregious.

My first night, I checked in, and was so busy with work, I didn't actually stay the night. There just long enough to drop my stuff off. Night two, too exhausted to do anything but shower and crawl into bed. Day three, forgot I hadn't done an inspection like I normally do at all hotels. Day 4, bug bites all over my shoulder (pics) found more later on my arms and neck. Immediately bagged everything but one outfit, used my headlamp to thoroughly inspect those clothes, found the nest behind the headboard took pics. Showered, collected all bagged items, threw stuff in my car, checked out, notified front desk, left my number for management to call me ( they never did) and went to another hotel. During day three I had considered checking out because this was the filthiest and laziest staff I've ever seen at any hotel. Trash in the lobby sat for a full day (food from breakfast still there at 8 p.m.) the trash can by the coffee pot had no bag in it, covered in coffee and mix bits (coffee well over 6 hours old, had to ask the fron desk person to make new, and the look she gave me was priceless as she put her ipad down playing games in the lobby) so I shouldn't have been surprised to note how old that infestation in my room was. I admit, I travel a bit, that was my 3rd hotel in 7 days, and was worried the fault was mine. Not only have I received no call for apology, there has been no offer emailed to comp any of the bill, or to cover the $500 worth of medicine I left behind in my haste (Mounjaro) and the $75 I spent in cleaning fees for my stuff.

I stated at this property for one night or part of one night. I got woke up early morning hours with bites on my neck. Room 224 has bed bug. I go to the front desk the lady tells me she can relocate me to another room but there are no more two bed rooms left or I can check out and get a refund in the morning. I asked what the protocol was when someone complains of bedbugs she said it’s relocate there room. I ask about cream or anything she said I had to speak to the manager the next day.smh. I returned to get told by front desk Omar that’s it’s Sunday morning and no manager works today they all go to church. He said I had to come back on Monday. Smh. I followed up with corporate who said by the morning I’d hear from the store Monday morning no call I call late afternoon to speak with a Logan that in lnfromed me that my complaints where invalid and it was no preseance of bed bugs and then he informed me on how bed bugs works and followed up by saying you get no refund have a good day I asked to speak to his manager he told me he was it I asked him about photos I had he told me how bed bugs work again and with that being said my complaint are not valid and to have a great day I went back to corporate who told me the store manger would be call me with a resolution and they have not I called store back and been put on hold forever then just flat out told that I can’t speak to anyone. DONT stay here all they want is your money…

This was the worst experience I ever had at any hotel in my life. They lied on me to keep my deposit. My son turned 5 years old and I took my 5 children to the hotel which was not a party. So the downstairs woman’s bathroom was very nasty and did not flush. For dinner I ordered pizza for my children. Fast forward the next morning I slightly cleaned the room and put all the dirty towels in one pile. I go down to de my 200 dollar deposit back and they tell me that they can’t give me my deposit because of pizza stains being on the bed. I ask them if I could see the room to take pictures which I did it was a little stain from my special needs child eating nothing that they can’t wash out. I go back to tell the manger that this is not a damaged to the room he goes to tell me he will call the police on me to have me removed which was uncalled for I was not confrontational at all. I call corporate to tell them the issue which they tell me they are going with the hotel and not give me my deposit back despite me telling them I had photos and evidence to prove them wrong. I feel I was being racially profiled and judged by the size of my family. I’m a single mother and I always take my children to this hotel to get away for them to do this to me is wrong and unethical.

I do not recommend booking this hotel at all. I booked this hotel through Booking.com for my family and me. After a 12-hour drive, we arrived at the location, where we were greeted by the receptionist with a sullen face. She told us we had to wait for 15 minutes because we arrived after 3 AM. We were extremely exhausted. Once the check-in process was completed and the paperwork was signed, she told us to go to room 228. When we entered the room, we found it to be extremely cold, with no curtains on the window. The air conditioning unit below the window kept running non-stop but did not provide any warmth. I tried to sleep for half an hour to rest, but I couldn’t because of the light coming in from outside and the noise. The absence of curtains made the situation worse. So, I went back to the receptionist and told her that there were no curtains in the room and that I couldn’t sleep under such conditions. She responded that she couldn’t refund my money and that I had to speak to the manager. She gave me another number to call. The next day, I tried calling the manager several times, but no one answered. I left multiple messages, but no one responded. I still cannot get a refund for my booking.
