Subway — Restaurant in Dearborn

I went to this location today. Stood behind a family being taken care of while I waited to be helped or even greeted. It was 2 sandwich makers handling the family. Both workers glanced at me multiple times and not once was I greeted. Another worker comes out from the back and starts the process of shutting stuff down. The young girl making a sandwich looks up and says "sorry we are closed" I'm thinking are you kidding me? That's the first thing you say to me after I have been standing for over 15 minutes waiting to even at least be greeted once. I'm 7 months pregnant trying to be polite while both workers helped the family and all I wanted was a pretzel. So the worker closing down told her that weren't closing til 8:45 and she replied nevermind. The worker closing finally asked how can she help me. I said I wanted a salted pretzel. She asked if I said cinnamon. I replied no , a salted pretzel. Just for her to say they dont have pretzels... very poor customer service! I sat there and watched them make 4 subs, not one time was I greeted until the girl wanted to say they were closing! At that point I should have went off but I gave yall the benefit of the doubt but...

I was at the Subway in the Wal-Mart in Dearborn, the store was very busy, as was the Subway station. There was only one worker behind the counter and he was awesome. He quickly did the orders, changed his gloves like he should, kept the area cleared of debris, was polite and courteous to each customer...listening carefully over the normal store noise...to make sure that the wait was worth it. I asked his name to send this note, when I see someone go above and beyond, I feel they deserve a kudos. Devante deserves a really big kudo...you are lucky to have him as...

Extremely disappointed with the way my sandwich was made. I had a foot-long and all I got on there was four pieces of cucumber. Terrible service , terrible sandwiches. Terrible employees. Also, very messy employees. Her hair looked greasy. I do not feel safe eating there. Especially with how unprofessional they were dressed. There was one customer in front of me and I was there waiting for so long while the employees just looked at me with the dumbest look...
