I have stayed here many times in the past, but this visit was horrendous! I arrived there about 12:30/1 am and there was some kind of “party” in the patio area right outside the front desk area. There were about 15-20 people, liquor bottles all over the table, people smoking cigars, no where really to park, and it was not the first thing I wanted to see when I got to my hotel after a long day (on a WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY at 1 am)! I also “checked in online” the day before and was waiting for my mobile key (or so I thought), but never got a key so I was told to go to the front desk so I did. When I got there and gave her my ID it was taking a while so I asked was there an issue? I didn’t get an answer so I told her I checked in online everything should be ok, well I was told “we don’t do online checkin or have mobile keys here so I’m finding your room now.” Wow!!|| I was also asked to sign a form to acknowledge the “quiet hours” starting at 10 pm, no smoking and no party policy”. That was fine (even though there was a full fledge “party” a few steps away! I also pointed out their form said the room deposit said $100 per day and when asked to clarify I was told, it didn’t matter what it stated it is $100 total! Smdh!! THEN to make matters worse, the elevator didn’t work!! I was in the 3rd building on the 3rd floor and had to lug all my luggage up the stairs! The hallway had sheets thrown on the floor and when I got to my room the air conditioner was running! No problem, I’ll just turn it off right! NO! I switch it off NOTHING, I turned up the temp expecting the heat to come on, but more cold air came out!! So I called the front desk to ask if I could have another room because the air wouldn’t shut off. I was told there are no more rooms and maintenance is offsite until tomorrow, so I asked am I supposed to freeze? She apologized and said there’s nothing she could do until the next day! Huh!! I kept messing with the thermostat and end up trying the “heat emerg” setting and the heat finally kicked on. I was able to set the temp at about 79 and once the room got to 79 it finally cut off. ||The room was also dirty and the toilet took 30-45 mins to fill, so when the maintenance guy came the next day at about 11:30 am, I told him what happen with the thermostat & he was nice but he didn’t know exactly what the problem was to fix it! At that point I was frustrated and just said if it stays off at the “heat emerg” setting I was fine. I told him about the toilet and he did fix that with a new part. The elevator worked early that day, but when I returned Thursday night it was off again!! ||There was (what I later learned) a “family staying next door and also across the hall. Well I guess they could not get adjoining rooms so they kept their doors open with the latch keeping the door ajar so EVERYTIME, they went in and out you heard the doors banging against the metal hook. I don’t know if they were living there or what but they were there my entire 5.5 days and when I left. But throughout the day until almost quiet hours the doors repeatedly banged closed from both rooms, people yelling, babies crying and dogs barking!! This turned into a vacation from hell!!||The location was good, the breakfast is good, but this was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had and I have traveled ALOT and all over the world!!...
Read moreBy far the worst Marriott we have ever seen or experienced. Don’t bother to stay here if you want a clean, quiet or safe feeling hotel.
The exterior of the property is not in bad shape, but as you enter the hallway area you start to notice the paint that needs to be redone and the profound odor of smoke is overwhelming. The walls are paper thin and it seems like this is neighborhood “party hotel”. Upon entering our room, it was evident the furniture and carpet could all use a deep clean and/or replacement (stains in the carpet, damaged upholstery, chips in wood), but it wasn’t until we attempted to shower the next morning that the problems really came to a head. After being unable to turn the shower on in the morning, we contacted the front desk who had to come to our room and use a butter knife to turn our shower on. After attempting to turn it off and having a similar issue, the butter knife had to be implemented yet again in order to get the shower off. 2/4 members of our party weren’t able to shower, which is ridiculous given the price paid for this room where a bed and WORKING shower should be a minimum requirement. We were told maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends, which is absurd, but that someone would come and check in on the shower before we returned that evening. Low and behold, no one checked or fixed the shower nor left us a message for a resolution. When we called the front desk again later that night they offered to put us in a new room (not a suite as we had originally paid for). We ended up being given a second room in order to be able to shower which required us to walk down the hall from our actual room. We are extraordinarily disappointed no one was able to resolve this issue during our stay and that we weren’t even offered a discount or so much as an apology for this extreme inconvenience.
Finally, the disrepair of BOTH of these rooms was abhorrent. It was apparent neither room had been maintained (do they have a maintenance person on staff AT ALL??) because things like the towel rack were literally falling off of the wall.
Overall, this hotel was a dingy, lackluster, disappointment that I would not recommend to anyone. This irrevocably damaged our perspective of the Marriott brand and we will absolutely not be returning.
The most pleasant part of our sad was the feral cat that greeted us outside our room.
Please, take your money elsewhere. This property is an embarrassment...

I'm going to give my honest opinion but please be advised that I am not on here for clout, attention or anything above, I am just sharing my honest opinion during my visit.
Let me just start off by saying after carefully reading and review all the current comments and concerns that everyone else had during there experience I just wanted say everything is completely true.
1.When I walked to my room after checking in and seeing the amount of filth it just repeats in my head, like honest paying so much for a hotel room and seeing and spacious it was I would've expected the employees would at least put some effort into the rooms but it seems like everyone doesn't care.
They are completely short staff so don't expect anything from them if you need anything. During my experience I have only seen 1-3 people on the entire property cleaning all the rooms at once, when I was talking to one of them they said to me they couldn't give me any towels because they are out of stock and only have of what they were given. Somedays they'll have no Towels for the rooms.
Front desk clerks or hotel receptionists have the worst customer service in the world they do not comprehend very well, there problem solving skills is terrible, so don't expect your issues or concerns will be resolved. also if your not a Marriott member your most definitely going to be mistreated.
One night as I was coming back to the hotel trying to find a parking spot I notice some ones car window was busted and the doors were tampered with I was so shocked and parked my car somewhere else and hope to god that the same issue doesn't happened to me.
After being unsatisfied for with my stay with this place I decided to let the property manager about my issues and concerns it took her 2-3 weeks to finally come up with a solution and compensate me for the inconvenience, honestly this is ridiculous and I will never spend my money in any Marriott.
I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANY TRAVELERS TO ATTEND THIS HOTEL IF YOUR ON A STRICT BUDGET BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY THE THINGS YOU NEED, KNOWING YOU WOULD EXPECT THE HOTEL WOULD...
