Ford Patio Bar & Grill

This place was not our first choice as there are only 2 restaurants in walking distance from our hotel. Our first choice had a 45 minute wait so we decided to try this one out.

Greeted unprofessionally as we walked through the parking lot a door greeter/host made a comment, we didn't know he worked there. Took us to our booth.

Our waitress, "Bubbles" was somewhat friendly but a horrible waitress. Not sure she was the only one working but we were practically ignored most of our visit as she tended to all her other tables.

She was attentive taking our drink orders and bringing water to the table but never brought napkins or dinnerware. We reordered 1 drink and took over 15 minutes to get it. Our food took awhile as well and we were missing a simple pizza order. Bubbles walked to our table, looked confused as she was bringing another meal to the wrong table. We finally got the 🍕 pizza. She forgot our mayonnaise, asked for no salt fries and got salt, asked for napkins as we had none and no utensils as well. Worse service ever experienced as you see by my reviews!

Giving a 2 star rating based off of the taste and quality of food or would have given a "0" if that was possible.
