I cannot recommend this location in good faith. Similar to other reviews that I have seen left about this business, the service is very sloppy and not detailed oriented. The staff can significantly improve upon communication and establishing what the service expectations will be. Unfortunately, I brought my vehicle in for an 8 a.m. appointment on a Thursday. I followed up several times on that day about my vehicle status because unfortunately communication was not proactive. This situation quickly snowballed into telling me the mechanic hopes to inspect my vehicle on Friday, despite my original appointment being Thursday morning.
I understand unforeseen things arise at mechanic shops, but the lack of proactive communication and transparency is not acceptable. On Friday, I then continued to experience shoddy communication. By lunchtime on Friday I was then informed that my vehicle could not be looked at until first thing Monday morning. So, not only had there been a lack of proactive communication, but the original appointment time for service had not even been honored, going from a Thursday expectation to Monday morning.
When I expressed my frustration to the service rep about appointment times not being honored and misleading, he agreed with my sentiments and stated, "I agree. We have our own issues with the service scheduling department, which is a problem in itself." There were no issues with the competency of the technical work done on my vehicle. Read moreI had a couple issues with my f150. The front end was making alot of noise and my idle seemed to have a miss. I took it in to have it looked at and they found a bad oil pan and front and rear main engine seals needing to be replaced. I had them done only to get it back with front end noise and the rough idle. So I took it back again, they found the front end issue and corrected it. Now it handles like a new truck BUT the idle is still rough after a suggested tune up...? Maybe third times a charm?! The reason I take my vehicle to the dealership is because I EXPECT them to know the issue and be able to fix it with the proper parts. I could take my chances elsewhere and maybe get it fixed for a cheaper price but I tend to want it done RIGHT THE FIRST TIME and with quality parts and if that costs a few bucks more because it's the dealership then so be it. I do cut them a bit of slack because of the pandemic I know there short staffed but my expectations aren't. I wish I could give more stars. Maybe if I go back and sparks are shooting and things are getting done right the first time around the stars will shine but for now it is what it is.

Read moreGot my car towed to the shop due to a flat and the representative wouldn't even look up a price to have it repaired. He claimed it would take too long. I looked it up in less than 3 min online using their website. I also asked if it was a nail were they able to repair it that day instead of leaving my car (which is required for me to do my job) at the shop. The representative said no it'll take 30 min...they didn't close for another 45 min. He looked frustrated and kept saying to every customer that it had been a busy day. I'm very understanding that it was a busy day, but that doesn't allow you to be rude to people and not assist them.
Update: the nightmare continues. I attempted to call multiple times for a pick up time with no answer or return call. Then they forgot about my car until I showed up to pick it up. Then charged me $20 more than quoted claiming they gave me a discount. I got in my car and they didn't even fill my new tire up to the recommended psi. I went back in and they took it to fill it up, got in the second time and it was still slightly low. I will be contacting the manager and AAA.
Update: Bryan, the manger, was excellent with great customer services. He took the time to talk to me and asked me to come back so he could personal look over everything. It doesn't negate the horrible experience I had but it did raise my rating to three stars. Too bad they couldn't have given me that service...
