Essential Advanced Skincare and Medspa — Attraction in Dedham

If there were only more stars. I have had Botox before but I am approaching 49 and the past couple of years have been very stressful and it showed. I had little expectation but to get needled and out. Welp. These folks spent loads of time with me and set up a plan to get my face back. In my budget which is not so large right now. They way they price Botox/fillers is more fair to the customer then by unit too. I woke up this am, looked in the mirror and WOW! I never had that reaction before and the next day. I have not felt this good in a long time and It may be a little silly but it gave me a little boost of hope. Even my husband who is anti-cosmetic everything, was wondering aloud if he should go too. I think the difference from the Botox I had before is the incredible eye of Christina and the thoroughness. They are not going to let you leave until they know you are getting what you want and then one notch above. Essential also had technology and treatments there that are not available everywhere. I am excited to go back for microneedling "on crack". I had it without RF before and it was more expensive then at Essential. I had to write this review because it is definitely deserved. If you feel kind of worn down and it shows, this seriously might be the place to go. I am very grateful I did. ...

Oh man I really don't even know where to start. I had an absolutely incredible experience at Essential. I was given a gift card for my birthday and had heard so many good things. As soon as you walk through the door it feels as if you have been transported away from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The space, is stunning....its both luxurious and tranquil. Kelly warmly welcomed me and walked me through the different options for facials. I ended up choosing one that was focused on hydration because I tend to have dry skin. Rose was the aesthetician that performed my treatment and she was absolutely amazing. I have never fallen asleep in any massage or facial in my entire life...and when I tell you I could not keep my eyes open....I am not exaggerating. This was the most relaxing treatment I have ever had!! I fell asleep, even snored a bit. I was so comfortable, relaxed and cozy, and the massage throughout the facial was the "chefs kiss". You are really getting the best of the best. Of course my skin was glowing after and I left feeling like a new woman. 5/5 I would give more if I could ! Can't...

My already beautiful wife has recently been a frequent visitor of the spa. In all sincerity, I would not have thought there was a whole lot more that could be done to make her look great but to my complete amazement, she looks totally unbelievable these days. Her skin is tighter and always glowing. I have no idea what they are doing for her at advanced essential, but she always leaves very relaxed and so upbeat. She says that the staff takes such great care of her and they are also knowledgeable and have expertly advised her on how to nurture a more youthful and natural appearance.
