Let me start by saying I go once a month minimum, and enjoy all of the massages I get. I wold normally rate them a 5.

I got really embarrassed after I was supposed to be feeling relaxed...

After the new guy finished my massage and I went to the front to pay, (normally would tip cash, but i didn't have cash on me). So I left the tip on the card. I left over 20%. But instead of asking or looking at the receipt, he chased after me outside in front the building screaming (NO TIP NO TIP) You don't tip!!!!!! Two other employees were out there as well, and i looked at them and said excuse me, I left tip on the card. Is this really happening. They proceeded with apologizes, but I was so embarrassed.

I always tip at least 20%, because I was in the business of living off of that income at one point in time. But a tip is just that, A TIP, your not obligated to leave it, but you should & maybe you should of taken the extra time to look at the receipt first then to run out side and...

Went in on sat 10/23 for a birthday treat and relaxation. Near the end of my massage I heard a pop and the lady broke my necklace. I went up to the receptionist/checkout and it was a nonchalant attitude. No one was professional enough to say ma’am, i apologize for… or what can I do to help with the situation? Instead of staring at me and waiting for me to come up with something to say is unprofessional. In the end, my horrible experience was half off which I should not have even paid for but I did. I will not be going back.

I sometimes drive an hour to stop in to Sunnyfeet. That probably could say it all. They treat you like a family member the moment that you walk in the place. They have a routine to cover everything, but you ask them to focus on anything and they will get any knot out. They can always cover the whole pressure spread you can handle. They do really good work all over. So relaxing that I think I doze off about half of the time. If you find a favorite, they are really good with scheduling if you call ahead.
