Stay away!!

Our family mistakenly went there for dippin dots with my 4-year old daughter. She asked to try a flavor and got an attitude but the girl working gave her a small sample. Then she asked to try another flavor and they said NO! She then said she wanted a mix of 2 flavors and the girl serving us completely ignored her and gave her all of one flavor which was NOT what she wanted and asked for. She then began crying and said she didn’t like the flavor they gave her (the one they wouldn’t give her a small sample of).

I kindly asked them to just pour a little out and give her half of another flavor. After all, that’s what she asked for. The girl looked at us and looked at the owner/manager sitting down at a table and then walked over to talk to him him. He said NO and HE WOULD NOT give my 4-year old daughter what she actually asked for despite he crying at this point. He was a complete jerk and didn’t care at all about getting her order right as she asked for it.

All over a small sample of an overpriced ice cream product which they have a massive mark up on anyway. If you are going to charge customers $7 for a small cup, at least get the order right and give customers a good experience and what they asked for. Unfortunately my wife always paid for both her and our daughters dippin dots which she they didn’t giver her what she asked for.

As a business owner myself, i’ve never seen such poor customer service and a lack of caring about getting an order correct for the customer. I get it if a young cashier can’t get it right that happens, but the owner refusing to fix it for a crying child is beyond me.

We use to frequent this place but won’t be back. We had to throw away my daughter’s dippin dots cup and we had walked around the block and got her ice cream from a friendly place on the beach with actual customer service skills where they actually care about...

This gelato is very good BUT the customer service is terrible. Our family has been coming here for years and the other evening I found an inch long piece of plastic and some small plastic shavings at the end of my gelato. Luckily I was eating it very slowly and letting it melt in my mouth before swallowing because I would’ve choked on the rigged piece of plastic, I may have swallowed some small pieces without realsing. We were almost home so I called and left a voicemail (their voicemail is only in French). I never heard back so I stopped by in the evening and the owner was surprised yet didn’t even make any offer to make it right by either refunding my money or offering me a voucher etc. The following day our Aunt wanted to go there and my husband mentioned it to the chef, still no reaction or offer to make it right, not even an apology. Now our family doesn’t want to go...

A little slice oh heaven in Florida!! We stumbled upon this ice cream and crepe shop by chance, and what an amazing find ! The ice cream is absolutely top-notch, with authentic and rich flavours.
