Horrible and sketchy customer service. There was an older employee lady at the cash register, which im guessing she was the manager, because I believe I saw a lanyard around her neck with multiple keys. Like every manager you see in every retail stores.
While we were at the register waiting for her to scan the product, a younger employee girl comes up and asked her where she needed to stock a bag of dog food she had in her hands. The older employee at the register raised her voice at her and gave her an attitude and stated "just put it over there" and pointed to a room at the end of the register desk.
Then the older employee was taking so long to ring us out. It was frustrating. You could tell the older employee doesn't help around much on the floor. Because if you are used to assisting on the floor, you would know the register system and not take so long.
Before the older employee working at the register even scanned the product, she selected something on the screen, then turned her attention away from us and the register screen. So I inputed my phone number. Then took about 2 minutes for her to turn her attention back to us and the register. When she did, she stood there looking at the screen for a while, then grabbed the product and scanned it.
Once scanned, she again took her attention away from us and the register for a minute. Again, when she turned her attention back, she stood there looking at the register for a while. And im waiting for the price to show on the key pad screen. She again turns her attention away for a minute. And again, once she turn her attention back, she selects something on the screen, that's when the price of the product that was scanned showed up.
Then again, she took her attention away for a while. I stood there waiting for the key pad screen to change and ask me for payment.
When she finally decides to turn her attention back, she selects something else on the register screen again. Thats when the option to pay comes up.
The older employee looked over to the key pad, im guessing to verify that the key pad was on the correct screen for payment. So I inserted my card and she is still looking. I start to slowly input my card pin, thinking she would eventually give me some privacy to input my pin. But she doesn't, so I said "uhm" and was about to stop inputting it. Thats when she looked away before i inputted the last pin number. Im guessing she realized I was about to say something to her about it, after the Uhm I said.
That was the most horrible and sketchy customer service I have ever experienced. She needs to be trained better and learn to be respectful, not just to the customers but to...

UNFORTUNATELY_ I DISCOVERED MY PREVIOUS GROOMER PHOENIC DOES NOT WORK THERE ANY LONGER !!! SO A NEW " GROOMER " CAME TO DO THE JOB, HER NAME IS HANNAH. I EXPLAINED TO HANNAH IN DETAILS HOW I WANTED THE NAILS DONE AND I SHOWED HER MY ARMS All CUT AND SCRATCHED BY MY DOGS FROM PLAYING WITH ME. SHE FINISHED DOING THEIR NAILS IN MAYBE EIGHT MINUTES !!!!! WHEN I LOOK AT THEIR NAILS THEY DID NOT LOOK THEY WERE GRINDED AT ALL AND I ASKED HER TO GO OVER AGAIN AND TO GRIND THEM MORE AND ROUND THEM UP AND SHE REFUSED x 3 TELLING ME THE NAILS WERE FINE LIKE THAT. I AM 82 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD DOGS AND TAKE THEM TO THE GROOMER. I BELIEVE HANNAH IS UNTRAINED AND SHE SHOULD BE TRAINED PROPERLY BEFORE WORKING FOR PET SMART OR ANY OTHER PLACE ! LEARN TO BE NICE HANNAH !!!!!! COSTUMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GO THRU ALL THESE AGGRAVATION. AFTER ALL WE PAY FOR THE SERVICES. OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE THE STORE AND EVERY BODY ELSE IS VERY NICE. I WILL WAIT UNTIL THE GROOMING DEPARTMENT IMPROVES AND HANNAH...
Read moreTook my 5 month old puppy in for her first time in a pet store. I have been working on training her and wanted her to experience a store for the first time. I made it 2 steps in and was hassled by the on site trainer. She proceeded to distract me while someone came up and was petting my puppy and trying to give her a treat. After the girl stopped petting her, the trainer proceeded to shame me for not telling the little girl to stop petting her and told me everything I've done wrong in training. I hadn't even spoken about what I was doing for training. I felt bullied and attacked, just so they can make a quick buck on some training. Some of the suggestions from the trainer were wrong, including me being told to give my puppy a chew toy that was much too hard for her (or any dog). I work in the veterinary field and the trainer acted like I knew nothing. A little disappointed that this was my pups first store experience! On a good note, once the trainer left us alone my pup happily picked out some new toys that she loves! The store itself is nice (thus not give 1 star). But I will never utilize their training service based on the...
