Just want to extend my gratitude to the team at Delran GameStop for helping resolve an issue I was dealing with from a console purchase at a different location. I bought a brand new Xbox series x and a month later it was bricked on a software error. Reminiscent of the Xbox 360 red ring of death. I reached out to the location I purchased it at and had a generally unsatisfactory experience communicating with the manager and coming to a reasonable resolution. I was able to submit a ticket with corporate and with some persistence and assistance was able to get help from the corporate office. The team at corporate were very understanding and apologetic and upon review of my situation set me up with a return and replacement at my “home” location of Delran. The team at Delran couldn’t have been nicer and when we came in this past Friday night they were swamped and navigated the crowd masterfully while also trying to figure out how to process my return properly, considering it was now outside of their return window. The team at Delran are in my opinion what GameStop is all about, a group of people passionate and excited about games delivering a stellar customer experience. I can now say confidently I will be back in ASAP to line up some preorders so I can properly enjoy my new working series X console. Thanks...

As I began to tell the gentleman what I previously called up to the store for to make sure it was available for purchase, he began to talk over me and tell me how no one is really coming in the store for this product and basically insulter me. I asked him for a specific color and he gets an attitude and huffs and puffs off. I spend my hard earned money here on a product over $200 ,I at least expect to have a cashier act like I'm not getting on their nerves. Read moreI dropped my cards off about a month ago and have no access to my online gamestop account. So I decided to call and see if they were available but no one answered the phone. Called about an hour later, waited on hold for 20 minutes just for the guy tell me he was to busy too help me and to call back in the morning. Waited about three days then decided to try again. First call, no answer. I decided to go up there and ask if my cards were available. I explained that I had no access to my account and wanted to see if the cards are ready then he told me he was “ too busy to dig and see if your cards are in here, maybe you should come back on Sunday when people are watching football and it’s not as busy”.
